Beautiful city that is well worth a visit. Good hotel with lovely staff and the area feels safe.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good in that it was in a quiet area of the city and had a park just over the road.

Cons:

A bit of a distance to the centre, but the tram stop was close by and you can access most areas via the excellent tram system.

Fin personale, men underlig stemning.

Fint personale. Okay morgenmad. Fint til bare at overnatte en enkelt dag..

Cons:

Dyster stemning på gangene… værelset virkede lidt underligt… toilet i et rum for sig selv… ingen håndsæbe… gammelt inventar…

Jeg skulle parkere 5-10 min væk fra hotellet, selvom de havde garage under hotellet.. og den parkeringsplads jeg holdte på, føltes ikke særlig behagelig at efterlade sin bil ved…

Det var meget trængt til morgenmaden… man sad nærmest med 20 cm ved siden af nærmeste gæst. Ingen privatliv… folk spiste morgenmad i lobbyen…

Pros:

Totul a fost deosebit. Angajați super, super ok și foarte amabili și implicați. La plecare am primit și un voucher de 10% pentru un an de zile, pentru noi sau îl putem face cadou. Chiar ne-au dat și apă la plecare să avem pe drum
Curățenie, liniște și confort, iar micul dejun delicios și destul de diversificat.
Am avut minibar în cameră, dar și o carafa cu apă pe care o puteți reumple dimineața la micul dejun
Au fost și trei prajiturele lângă carafa cu apă și o scrisorica de bun venit
Locația destul de bună cu magazin în apropiere și stația de tramvai la 50 de metri
Tot în apropiere am descoperit un restaurant/terasă super mișto, cu mâncare bună și o bere deosebită.
Localul se numeste (Holesovicka Kozlovna), iar berea (Velkopopovicky)
Am lăsat mașina în fața hotelui 15/20 minute și când am venit și când am plecat până am rezolvat cu check-in / check-out

Cons:

Singura chestie care ma deranjat puțin, a fost cu parcarea lor gratuită, dar a compensat cu vârf și îndesat restul
Probabil nu mai erau locuri în parcarea subterană și am fost trimis în alta parcare puțin mai departe (să zic 5/7 minute cu mașina fiind o stradă cu sens unic și 3 minute pe jos. Am lăsat mașina într-o curte exterioară cu pază, având acces oricând

Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Kaptunk térképet, üdvözlő italt. Kiváló volt a reggeli és volt ingyenes parkolójuk, ha Prágában járunk itt szállunk meg! Ajánlom!

Very friendly staff and helpful, we received a lot of gifts and advantages, especially the free parking and Prague pass. Very clean

Cons:

The lobby is a bit small as well as the whole hotel. Our room was on the street side and there was a lot of noise, as well as from the hall as the room is not really is isolating. At breakfast, the quality of the food is not the highest and the variety is lacking.

Insgesamt sehen wir bei Sauberkeit, Zimmerpflege und Ausstattung deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotz der guten Lage
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Außerdem wurde täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer gestellt, was wir als nette Aufmerksamkeit empfunden haben. Ebenfalls praktisch war, dass sich eine Kaffeemaschine sowie ein Safe im Zimmer befanden.

Die Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bahnhaltestelle und viele Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben hierfür häufig Bolt genutzt – eine einfache Fahrt kostete meist nur etwa 5–6 €, was sehr praktisch war. Allerdings ist die Straße vor dem Hotel auch stark befahren.
Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ausreichend und man wurde satt. Allerdings hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, da die Auswahl jeden Tag nahezu identisch war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem recht eng gestaltet.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig ließ. Im Badezimmer befanden sich Haare in der Badewanne und der Spiegel war ebenfalls nicht richtig gereinigt. Auch der Fernseher war verstaubt.

Der vorhandene Föhn war defekt und funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Außerdem gab es keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, was wir in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich erwartet hätten.

Ein weiteres Problem war die Dusch-/Badewannenkonstruktion. Die Glasabtrennung war viel zu kurz, sodass beim Duschen jedes Mal Wasser aus der Badewanne auf den Badezimmerboden lief.

Wir waren zu dritt angereist, erhielten jedoch lediglich drei Handtücher. Das ist für drei Personen eindeutig zu wenig, da keine zusätzlichen Hand- oder Duschtücher zur Verfügung standen.

Auch die Einrichtung machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Mehrere Möbel wiesen sichtbare Beschädigungen auf und die Lampenschirme hingen schief. Das Zimmer selbst war für drei Personen zudem sehr klein und bot kaum Platz, um sich vernünftig zu bewegen oder das Gepäck unterzubringen.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Bettwäsche während unseres knapp einwöchigen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gewechselt wurde. Zudem wies die Bettwäsche bereits bei der Ankunft Löcher auf, was keinen gepflegten Eindruck hinterließ.

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns außerdem deutlich mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Die Auswahl war jeden Tag nahezu identisch und bot nur wenig Vielfalt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls etwas problematisch. Durch die häufig vorbeifahrenden Polizeifahrzeuge, Krankenwagen und andere Einsatzfahrzeuge ist es sehr laut, sodass man das Fenster nachts kaum geöffnet lassen kann.

Leider waren auch die Kopfkissen sehr hart und dadurch wenig komfortabel.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Pros:
