Love the beach, far from town
Pros:

We booked this location because it was close to the beach, which was great. Close to walk along the beach but far from the center of town, about an hour walk.

The room was clean and they provide free water. Breakfast was included but the staff had a hard time keeping up with the demand. There were tons of people here. However the breakfast was good with a variety of options. The hotel resturant was also good. Gym was terrible. All of the staff members were wonderful! Would recommend if you don’t mind taking an uber to town.

Pros:

The location was great. Easy walk to the water. The staff are lovely and very helpful! The rooms were very clean. Food at the restaurants was good!

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but the pillows are awful. There is a pillow menu and I tried all of them and none of them were great. For the price and compared to the great quality of the rest of the stay, I would expect better pillows.

Always a great stay
Pros:

Always a pleasant stay at The President Hotel, a stunning location with ocean views.
The staff are always attentive, professional & importantly kind. Thankyou Morgan.
The room I stayed in was clean & fresh & although not ocean side it was still very pleasant.
Hopefully I’ll be back soon.

الفندق موقعه جدا ممتاز ، والامان عالي الدخول والخروج فيه بوابه وعليها رجال امن ، الموظفين جدا رائعين وخدومين وبشوشين ،اخذت جناح بغرفتين نوم مطل على البحر جدا واسع وشرح ونظيف

Cons:

عدم وجود سليبر للنزيل مع ان الملاحظة لاتأثر بجودة وخدمة الفندق لكن بالنسبة لي شي مهم لي حذاء داخل الغرفة .

Nice hotel with a great view from the terrace
Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff. Hotel has numerous catering possibilities on the site for having lunch and dinner. Very good breakfast on offer.

Cons:

My experience at The President Hotel is a 10/10
Pros:

The property is well maintained, very professional staff. I occupied a two bedroom apartment sea view absolutely stunning. Sunset was breathtaking. I’ll do this again.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach. The meals at the restaurant were excellent, including the in-dining menu. What made my stay so enjoyable were the exceptional staff and their friendliness. The bed and the choic of pillows made it extra special. I had an excellent massage at The Cove Spa with Precious.

Friendly Staff and Fantastic Desserts
Pros:

I recently stayed at the President Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Although I wasn’t given a tour of the hotel or an introduction to the room facilities upon arrival, the team was very helpful whenever I called for assistance.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it was clear that good attention is given to housekeeping standards. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of options. The desserts were especially delicious and definitely a highlight of my stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the President Hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.
