It was good but maybe some Reno required in the bathrooms and rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great!

Cons:

The bathrooms had a smell and some mould.

Great location, amazing staff, only a few hick-ups
Pros:

The location was great
The restaurant and food were excellent
Everything else about the stay was great

Cons:

Security couldn't find our booking, and it took a long time to get into the parking area
After finally letting us in, we were told parking was full, then had to wait further in the emergency assembly bay with other cars
The hotel was extremely full on the first day due to an in-house group, which made breakfast noisy with long waits for a table
We weren't told at check-in that the hotel was full, so we couldn't plan to arrive earlier for breakfast
The water in our room was cold on day 1. After calling reception, maintenance made a minor adjustment, but the water was still too cold for showers or baths for the kids
When I raised the water issue a second time, staff responded dismissively instead of taking the concern seriously
The white wine by the glass was served too warm

Great location.
Pros:

It had everything we wanted from restaurants to bars. The staff was friendly. The morning breakfast buffet was fab.

Dejligt sted med venligt og imødekommende personale.

Cons:

I forbindelse med en tur, hvor vi blev hentet tidligt, fik vi af receptionen oplyst at vi kunne får tidlig morgenmad som roomservice. Dette bestilte vi til kl. 6.30, men den kom først kl. 6.55 efter vi havde rykket for den to gange.
Vi synes at musikken i restaurantionsområdet er lidt for høj.
