The stay was okay but a few things can be improved.
Pros:

Loved the location and overall ambience of the hotel and friendly staff. What you see advertised is exactly what you get.

Cons:

Not having extra blanket in the room and always having to request from housekeeping. The line was not going through at some point, and the AC was also not working properly.

It was great.
Pros:

Restaurant staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but your omlette doesn't come out right all the time. I also think that the cleaning staff is always on the rush when cleaning. the other day we found our shoes on the couch, and also there was a pair of socks behind the same couch which did not belong to us. This is testament to the fact that the cleaning staff did not clean behind the couch.

Pros:

O astral do hotel é excelente, ótimo café da manhã, área da piscina gostosa. O hotel incentiva artistas locais e possui obras de arte ao longo dos corredores, um toque especial que me agradou bastante. Funcionários muito gentis, menu de travesseiros foi um serviço importante. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

O chuveiro é muito difícil de regular, o restaurante para o jantar poderia ser mais ágil e ter mais opções de comidas. Precisei fazer uma reunião on-line e o Wi-Fi apresentou falhas ao longo da vídeo conference - foi suficiente para telefones.

The hotel has potential but fell short due to ongoing construction & subpar balcony sea facing room.
Cons:

We paid extra for a Double or Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View, but it was extremely disappointing. The room was small, dated, and faced towards the town rather than the sea. Although it technically had a balcony with a partial sea view, the balcony itself was tiny and looked as though it was in need of significant maintenance.

We asked to move to a much cheaper Classic Double Room with Sea View, and the difference was remarkable. It was clearly newer, much more spacious, and offered a significantly better sea view than the supposedly upgraded balcony room.

Unfortunately, our stay was then disrupted by early morning drilling and construction noise. When we raised this with the hotel, they acknowledged that building work was taking place and said we should have been informed in advance. However, we received no notification whatsoever, either in the emails before our arrival or during check-in. Had we been advised beforehand, we would have been able to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the booking.

Pros:

Great hotel and location. Our room was in a corner on the 6th floor. A bit underwhelming for the price but overall good experience.

Amazing in house massage service! Best massage i have had, ever. Went back twice .
