Superb hotel

this place is fantastic its my home away from home when i travel for work, just wish the rates could be set for me through out the year as i will be travelling there every month from now.

Luxury family fun
Pros:

We really enjoyed a fun family stay in this luxury hotel. We didn't swim as it was winter, but cycled from the hotel to the promenade for hot chips and ice creams. We enjoyed the friendly staff throughout, good dinner and great breakfast spread. We'll be back for sure!

Pros:

Overall, would highly recommend. Excellent location near the water, beach and boardwalk. Friendly and attentive staff, rental bikes just outside the door, great tour offerings, lovely pool, fairly extensive breakfast offerings.

Cons:

A couple small notes: the light in the entrance above the mini fridge didn't work. I reported this halfway through the stay, but it was never fixed. We pre-ordered breakfast room service at 7am as we had an early departure. The delivery was delayed so we had to run down to breakfast to eat quickly as we could not longer wait for the delivery.
