Bellissimo hotel a due passi dal Kruger
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, molto curata e pulita a due passi dal Paul Kruger Gate. Stanze ampie, pulite e rifornite ogni giorno di bottiglia di acqua.
Staff gentilissimo e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Cibo ottimo e safari organizzato nel migliore dei modi.

Lovely hotel and amaxing locatiom just across from Kruger gate, you could see hippos by the river. The buffet dinner was delicious and had a relaxed atmosphere

La vacanza migliore di sempre!
Pros:

Organizzazione incredibile sia per le navette aeroportuali sia per i safari, personale gentile e disponibile, la camera ampia, spaziosa e pulita perfettamente, inoltre la cameriera veniva pure a chiudere le tende di sera. La colazione nella box per i safari è abbondante, il servizio di bar impeccabile e la cena a buffet un’esperienza unica con il sottofondo musicale molto piacevole, da ascolta magari davanti al braciere con la tisana calda!

Hotel that you don’t want to leave
Pros:

Right across from Paul Kruger gate, this hotel had everything you need and more. Attentive staff, spacious rooms, gym to workout and pool to relax with the view over the river. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with variety of choices

Top Hotel mit unprofessioneller Rezeptionistin

Frühstück und Abendessen absolut Top.Sehr hochwertiges und schmackhaftes Buffet.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich .
Lage fast am Paul Kruger Tor sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung war unterkühlt,ja sogar unfreundlich.Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt.
Dies lag ausschließlich an einer Dame mit langen rotgefärbten Haaren.Die war so arrogant und frech,hätten wir nicht bereits bezahlt wären wir nicht eingecheckt.
Sie hat uns dann eines der schlechtesten Zimmer gegeben.Dies lag neben dem Maschinenraum .Der Krach der Maschinen war deutlich im Zimmer zu hören.Erst dachten wir die Geräusche kommen von der Abluft im Badezimmer.
Wir haben uns daraufhin bei der Rezeption beschwert( unsere Topkraft ) war nicht mehr da.
Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, jedoch hat uns die ganze Umzugsgeschichte fast 3 Stunden gekostet.
Der Start in dieses Hotel war deutlich misslungen .
Schlimm so eine unprofessionelle Mitarbeiterin auf die Kunden loszulassen.
Deshalb meine schlechte Bewertung für die Freundlichkeit.
Normalerweise wäre meine Bewertung glatt 10
