Gentle, relaxing and delicious.
Pros:

The setting, food and team were exceptional. Every part of the experience was full of joy. Our spa treatements were also amazing, and deeply relaxing. We will be back soon!

Short stay, easy access, friendly team and clean rooms
Pros:

Rooms very clean, simple and nice for a couple of nights stay when you land and want to experience the Kruger Park prior to moving on to Sabi Sand etc other private reserves.

Exceptional hotel and experience!
Pros:

Our whole stay was exceptional! A perfect location for the safaris with early morning access, all of the food was incredible and all members of staff went above and beyond!!

Our waiter at LAPA, Leroy, remembered us and our preferences. Took very good care of us.

Tudo maravilhoso!! Hotel excelente!!

De tudo! Indico e ficaria novamente! O hotel é literalmente do outro lado do rio que divide o Kruger. Toda a estrutura do hotel é super conservada. O quarto foi super confortável!! Café da manha maravilhoso!! Estruturado para Safari. Caso vc faça o Safari com o hotel (retorna as 11hrs ou 16hrs), eles fornecem a box com bastante comida para tomar café no parque.

Cons:

Não é algo que não gostei, mas acho a informação útil para os hóspedes. É possível fazer o Safari diretamente com o Kruger Park e o valor sai 1/3 do valor do Hotel. Quando vc faz a reserva com o Kruger Park não é cobrado a taxa de entrada do Park. O hotel oferece 1hrs a mais, porém pelo valor não compensa. Pegamos um Safari dia todo com o Hotel e o Sunset e Sunrise diretamente com o Park. Simplesmente fomos até a entrada do Park (800m do hotel) e fizemos a reserva. A diferença sai mais ou menos 2000 zar vs 690 zar no safari de 1/2 dia. Atenção Kruger Park sem ser reserva privada não pode sair da pista principal.

Outstanding staff, food, facilities and location!
Pros:

The staff and the food were exceptional! We loved the dinners with the fires and traditional music. The choice of food was incredible. The location to KNP made it easy to do self drive safaris or organised ones. The gym was well equipped and opened for long hours and the pool deck amazing for sundowners.

Cons:

The rolling of luggage early in the morning was really noisy and started from 5:30am, need something on the ground to make it quieter.
