An exemplary hotel in all respects. Ticks every box , great service , food is really outstanding and facilities and location superb. I read the reviews before we came and it is better than expected, we will def be back to this gem ( family of 4)

Excelente hospedagem. Ao lado do portão do parque. A tarde vc vê muitos animais da piscina. Comida farta. Lindo visual. Se puder voltarei.

Estrutura bonita

Cons:

Fiz a reserva pelo booking para 4 pessoas minhas filhas de 17 e 12 anos . Ao chegar no hotel a recepção informou que o valor cobrado pelo booking não estava correto e eu deveria pagar um adicional de 50% do valor informado pelo booking e já pagos .
E uma região de poucas opções e difícil locomoção então não tive opção .
Ao entrar no quarto após check in a camareira havia esquecido as tolhas de banho e lençóis sujos do hóspede anterior no chão do quarto , achei desagradável
O café da manhã que eles enviam durante o Safari é bem ruim
Enfim não recomendo e tbm não voltaria achei o valor altíssimo para o que entregam

It was my husband's 60th birthday on the 31st May and we enjoyed every minute during our 3day stay.
Pros:

The evening dinner was amazing with a guy welcoming us with afrikaans song. After dinner a few guests and ourselves sat around the fire till late.

Views from the swimming pool deck is amazing. We saw hippos, elephants, buck from the deck.

As refeições muito fartas e variadas com opções pra vegetarianos inclusive
A limpeza do quarto foi das mais impecáveis que já tive . O transfer com Dion foi um programa a parte ele é extremamente atencioso, preocupado em se fazer entender e nos contou muitas coisas no trajeto do aeroporto ao hotel , como ele disse, foi nosso mini safari .
O parque fica muito proximo a um dos portões do Krueger . Usamos o serviço do SPA tb, as meninas são ótimas e muito atenciosas. Ficaria de novo c ctza nessa acomodação.
