Très joli séjour authentique et historique
Pros:

Les personnes à l’accueil ont été très très professionnels, à l’écoute et en partie une jeune fille dont je ne me rappelle plus le nom
Nous souhaitions manger un snack revenant d’un concert à 22h45 et alors que le serveur au bar nous avait dit que c’était impossible , elle a tout coordonné pour que ça le soit
La chambre était soignée
La piscine intérieure est un très bel endroit aussi
Et l’endroit du bar est top
J’ai beaucoup aimé aussi le côté historique de l’endroit avec aussi la chapelle

Cons:

La chambre était située un peu en bout d’aile d’un côté assez authentique mais en manque de rénovation quand même
La chambre était très bien avec un joli plafond avec poutre mais il y avait sur un côté une planche de contre plaque
Pas de lave main dans les toilettes et baignoire et pas de douche

Absolutely fantastic - will be back no doubt! Can’t wait!
Pros:

It is simply beautiful. The facilities, food, drink and service we received were nothing less than amazing from start to finish! It was my friends 50th birthdays weekend away and they gave us wine, chocolate and close together rooms as we requested!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all!

Very quiet. Historical interesting building. Different from the cookie cutter mainstream hotels.

Cons:

Inadequate tea/coffee/milk. Shower was well below expected standard for this level of hotel. Coffee machine power plug didn’t work and provided cups didn’t fit in the machine. So some basics just were not adequate.

Verblijf in een historisch monument met een moderne touch
Pros:

Prachtig historisch gebouw, met moderne luxe. Mooie eigentijdse kunstwerken maakten een prachtig geheel met de bewaarde historie.

Cons:

De Estaminet had een wel zeer beperkte kaart. Viel uit de toon bij de prijs van het verblijf.

Wonderful gem in Lille
