Disappointed
Pros:

The room was attractive and clean.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work and dumped water all over the table. One of the lamps did not work. I left my medicine and the hotel was not able to respond appropriately - it was an emergency but I had to call several times and then they had only their routine for forwarding lost and found. Of course, this was completely my error but I would have hoped for 'concierge' quality assistance and this they were not able to provide.

A must stay in the middle of the city
Pros:

We know this hotel, stayed here before and coming here sometimes for a drink at their bar. The hotel is one of the most beautiful buildings in Lille, all the spaces, including the spa. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed is super comfortable, the staff workers are kind and helpful. The shared spaces are amazing as well.

Cons:

I liked absolutely everything- but it would be great to have a bit more fresh veggies and fruit during breakfast.

l’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis 25 ans et ça se voit. Expérience décevante.
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien, central et proche de la gare et la bâtisse est très belle

Cons:

Ça n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Personne ne nous a porté nos valises ni accompagné à notre chambre.
Dans la chambre les meubles sont vraiment pas de gamme, des lampes IKEA défoncées. Les fenêtres sont du simple vitrage.
Le spa est vraiment moyen, la piscine assez laide.

Very comfortable close to transport and all the sights.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the train stations (I used both Lille Flanders and Lille Europe) wheeling a medium suitcase. Only 10 minutes to the city squares.
Very quiet room looking onto courtyard, felt private. Very comfy bed! Also plenty of clothing storage space enough for a dance floor!
Good wifi and friendly reception staff.

Charme de l'hôtel, très bon petit-déjeuner. Bar intérieur agréable.

Cons:

Que 2 petites serviettes de toilette dans la chambre. Sèche cheveux (les z !) en panne. Clim qui fuit et arrosé la table de chevet. Terrasse de l'estaminet sans charme ni plantes, digne d'une friterie. Pourrait être aménagée comme dans un 4-5 étoiles. Tres petit placard dans la chambre, très insuffisant pour 2 nuits. Il n'y a pas de parking comme mentionné, mais un service voiturier pour mettre le véhicule en parking public.

Bel hôtel, bien placé, calme. Jolie piscine mais en sous-sol, c'est dommage. Le bar est lumineux et agréable.

Cons:

Beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner et le buffet n'est pas maintenu comme attendu pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Le buffet est bon en général.
