The pool was great.
Very busy hotel, it was a struggle to use the lifts at peak times. There was a stomach bug going round the hotel which caused our friends to become ill for a couple of days.
Les services de l'hôtel notamment le service de navette pour aller en ville ou à la plage !!
Tout était parfait . Un peu plus de diversité au self serait bien ...
Spotless hotel, loved it, would definitely visit again.

Staff.( Except pool bar staff) Room really nice. No queing really. Good selection of food.
Very very busy. Far from beach. Entertainment was very poor at night.
Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff .
Extra pillows, extra blankets . Help with booking taxis and trips all no problem.
Myself and my family had an amazing time.
My children loved the slides and the football pitch.
Drinks are lovely and presented well.
I even had a bottle of wine left in my room for my birthday.
We didn't want to leave 😢 .
Poca cosa, mala comida, sucio, muy saturado de gente
La comida, la suciedad, el trato, la saturación
We recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday overall. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day to a high standard.
The food in the main restaurant was very good, with plenty of variety. Even after two weeks, we never felt like we were eating the same meals over and over.
We also enjoyed the two speciality restaurants included with stays of seven nights or more, which were both a lovely change.
The daytime entertainment was excellent, especially for families. Our 10-year-old son absolutely loved the football pitch, where there were daily football challenges and World Cup-style games. It became the highlight of his holiday, and there were always lots of talented young players taking part.
A special mention goes to Lara and Rafa from the entertainment team. They were fantastic with the children—friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in getting everyone involved. They really made our son's holiday memorable.
The pools and water slides were great and kept us entertained for hours. We also took the opportunity to visit Zoomarine, go kayaking, and explore the old town, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.
Unfortunately, I came down with gastroenteritis during our stay and wasn't well for a few days, and my son was unwell for a day too. Thankfully, we both recovered and didn't let it spoil the rest of our holiday. It only seemed to affect a small number of guests, but it's worth mentioning that it is something that can happen.
Overall, we had a fantastic two-week stay and made some wonderful family memories. The excellent facilities, varied food, and outstanding entertainment team made this a holiday we'd happily recommend, especially for families with children.
Amazing hotel, caters for all age groups. We all loved it
Best hotel ever stayed in. Very clean in a great location.
Staff friendly and kind. The nightlife very good at hotel.
Brilliant clean hotel & spacious rooms, friendly staff. Great food with loads of variety for all tastes each day!
Great pools for all ages and slides for both big kids and wee kids!!
Central location to local activities and walking distance to the strip!
Kids pool side activities were great for both kids and adults! Start on time each day and finish with some sort of performance in the white tent each evening! All very entertaining! Animation staff were brilliant with the kids getting them all involved in activities and entertaining throughout the day!
Overall great value and already planning a return next year!!!
Brilliant place 4 kids and adults 1 of the best 5 stars I've stayed earned every 1 of them would definitely be back until next time jupiter
This hotel is fantastic if you want everything in one place for a family holiday. The pools are great for kids, there's excellent entertainment, and a kids' club running every single day. The food is genuinely impressive for an all-inclusive too.
However, there were a few service issues. We travelled with three very small children, including a baby, and were placed on the ninth floor in a room at the far end of the hall away from the lift. That wasn't considerate given our situation with tired little ones. Check-in after three PM was also challenging whilst managing the kids and waiting for the room to be ready.
That said, the staff did show a lovely touch—they brought some kids' champagne to celebrate my child's second birthday, which was a nice gesture.
My main downside remains the sustainability contradiction: the hotel claims to be sustainable but runs a shop selling floaties and inflatables. The pools are constantly full of them, and guests discard them after a few days. It was shocking to see how much plastic waste was being created.
As a family that has travelled extensively and stayed in many luxury resorts around the world, we were extremely disappointed by this hotel. It falls far below the standard expected of a 5-star property and, in our opinion, is not deserving of anything close to that rating.
The hotel itself is tired, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of refurbishment. There were broken mirrors in the lobby, the furniture in the lobby was tired and badly marked. There was damaged paintwork throughout the communal areas, and an overall lack of attention to basic maintenance that immediately gave a poor first impression.
Our room was equally disappointing. It was very basic, with numerous maintenance issues that should never be present in a 5-star hotel. The paintwork was untidy, the shower tray was heavily stained, several shower tiles were broken, and the rug was old, dirty, and unhygienic. In fact, the room would have been better without it. Housekeeping standards were also unacceptable. On arrival, I had to clean the unit beneath the television and around the minibar myself because it was visibly dirty. The cupboard door covering the minibar was broken and scraped across the floor every time it was opened.
Before our arrival, I had emailed the hotel to upgrade our booking to All Inclusive Plus. Despite this being confirmed, the experience upon arrival was poor. There was no welcome gift for our son, and the minibar had not been stocked as it should have been. It took three days and several conversations with reception before my son was given his welcome gift. The response from reception was particularly disappointing. Rather than apologising, a member of staff laughed and casually explained that "the guy who does it went sick." This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and care.
The pool area looks luxurious in the hotel's promotional photographs, but the reality is entirely different. Large areas are covered in poorly installed, cheap artificial grass that was dirty and unhygienic throughout our stay. Around the slides, the rubber safety matting was uneven and lifting in places. Both my son and I tripped over these raised sections, creating an unnecessary safety hazard. The surfaces were covered in bird droppings and general dirt, and at no point during our holiday did we witness the area being properly power washed or disinfected. The sun loungers were also consistently dirty.
The evening entertainment was another huge disappointment. Rather than taking place in an attractive setting expected of a luxury resort, it was held inside what resembled a temporary marquee with yet more artificial grass, uncomfortable plastic chairs, and drinks served in cheap plastic cups. Despite paying for the All Inclusive Plus package, there was no option to receive premium drinks during the evening entertainment, making the upgraded package feel poor value for money.
One of our biggest concerns was the apparent lack of hygiene throughout the resort. During our stay, I witnessed multiple guests being sick in different areas of the hotel, including someone vomiting in the lifts, another in the buffet restaurant, someone beside the pool on the artificial grass, and another guest vomiting into a bin by the pool. After witnessing these incidents, I raised my concerns with reception regarding the cleanliness of high-contact areas such as lift buttons, handrails, and door handles, all of which were visibly marked with fingerprints and appeared to be cleaned infrequently.
I spoke with reception staff, and I also suggested that the hotel should enforce hand sanitisation before guests entered the buffet and temporarily replace self-service with staff serving food to help reduce the spread of illness. Unfortunately, there was no visible effort to improve hygiene standards.
The buffet itself was another major disappointment. The quality of the food was poor, with little variety and very few dishes reflecting the standard expected of a 5-star resort. Food was frequently left uncovered and often surrounded by flies and ants, making it unappetising and raising further concerns about hygiene and food safety.
The children's games area was in an equally poor condition. It was shabby, in need of repainting and repair, and desperately required a thorough deep clean. The pools tables were filthy. It simply did not provide a safe, clean, or enjoyable environment for children.
Overall, this hotel has significant potential due to its location and facilities, but it is being let down by poor maintenance, inadequate cleanliness, disappointing food, substandard customer service, and a complete lack of attention to detail. It is, without question, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
We paid approximately £5,000 for one week, expecting a genuine 5-star luxury experience. Instead, we received a hotel that, in our opinion, would struggle to justify even a 3-star rating. We would not return, nor could we recommend it to anyone looking for the quality and service that a true 5-star hotel should provide.
Brilliant holiday in the sun.
Firstly, this is a family hotel (which is why we booked it). We were a party of 6 in total, (2 young kids, 8 and 5), and myself and a friend (late 30's) in 3 seperate rooms. I wouldn't necessarily book the hotel if I was travelling in a couple or just with friends, but we booked a family holiday and it ticked all the boxes.
Hotel was clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Spacious rooms (bring a hairdryer though as the one in the bathroom is attached to the wall).
Plenty of things to do, especially for the kids. Pools great, although later in the week it was the stereotypical people putting their towels down on loungers then disappearing all day which is frustrating. The kids loved the slides and the swim up bar. I liked the quiet adults pool.
Lifts are fine once you get used to how they operate.
Buffet was fine, typical all inclusive catered towards British tastes. They changed the theme every night but it does get a bit repetitve after a while. We were all inclusive so went to both the a la carte resturants, and they were great.
Drinks are good, decent mix of spirits and they are generous with the measures!
Staff were all pleasant to us.
We decided to use the free shuttle bus to the old town one day, and had no issues getting tickets (bus was half empty and runs regularly). We also walked to the new town another day, and an uber is approx €5 return.
I'd maybe class it as a 4 star rather than 5 but all in all, we really enjoyed our week.
L'hôtel est très spacieux et propre, le personnel discret et aux petits soins. La piscine est vaste et propre, de bonne température. Le SPA est également très agréable. Rien à redire
