Important information:

The All Inclusive 24h program features:
- By default, the All Inclusive starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival (lunch not included) and ends at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure (lunch included);
- Montechoro Restaurant (buffet): breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, supper and after-hours snacks;
- Al Italiu Pizzeria (buffet): snacks, dinner. Also serves lunches in summer season;
- Alecrim Restaurant (à la carte): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Taberna (set menu): dinner once every 7 nights with mandatory reservation;
- Snack Bar Alfarroba (self-service drinks and snacks) available in summer season;
- Bars: Al Bar, Al Gharb, two pool bars from April to October;
- Ice creams: individual doses at meals and at the pool bars;
- The All Inclusive alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00h to 23:45h;
- Drinks included: water, juices, soft drinks, white/red wine, tap beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, day cocktails, coffee, espresso and tea;
- Access to: Children’s Club (ages 4–12), Teens’ Club, water park (minimum height 1.20 m);
- The splash park is available from April to October for children of all ages;
- Day and evening entertainment for children and adults;
- Complimentary bus shuttle service to Pescadores Beach (Albufeira old town) 2 to 4 times per day at set times;
- The following services have a surcharge: access to the Soul Spa and indoor pool, babysitting, parking, minibar, room service, arcade machines, convenience store, laundry services, multi-sports field (except during entertainment activities), inflatables park, pedal karts, air bungee and photography service;
- Children between the ages of 4 and 15 are allowed in the Soul Spa, accompanied by an adult, during 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at a surcharge. A swim cap (not included) is mandatory at the SPA indoor pool;
- Gym: open 24 hours, with free access for guests over 16 years old.

Please note that the hotel may temporarily close any facility due to adverse circumstances without any compensation. Some activities, such as the Kids Club, require pre-booking and are subject to availability. Guests are requested to use hotel wristbands for identification; non-hotel guests are not allowed. Cons:

You do have to pay for go karts , trampolines , bouncy castles and gaming facilities and they are not the cheapest.

So good we’ve already booked to go again
Pros:

Everything for a family holiday in one place. The pools and slides were amazing. No shortage of sun loungers. Pizza and ice cream was beautiful. Food was so accessible

Cons:

Dinners in the big hall weren’t to our tastes but all the other food was fabulous. Lifts were a bit tricky, but once we got the hang of them things were no problem

Lively family holiday perfect for family’s , we had a 1yr old a 7 and 9 yr old and they all had plenty to do ,
Pros:

Property lovely, facilities great , a short walk to the strip but , excellent bus to the old town hourly in the day , Ubers cheap ,

Cons:

The lift system was the only headache as everyone has pushchairs , when it wasn’t school time , small lifts even though there are 6 , could only get one pushchair in and a couple of adults for the 10 floors ,

First time staying here and can’t fault the place. Food is a slight bit better than what except from an all enclusive wi

Spotless clean, friendly & fun staff

Cons:

If I was to change anything it would be how the lifts opperate. At one point, out of the 5 lifts 3 doors were open with nobody in them but we had to wait on the one that was assigned to our floor.

Conforto dos quartos , variedade do buffet, organização do hotel , comodidades excelentes

Cons:

Os horários do buffet. Pelas 20h já começava a funcionar metade do buffet e começavam nas limpezas incluindo a montar mesas para o pequeno-almoço.
O entretimento muito fraco . Para hotel familiar e essencialmente com tantas crianças deveria existir após jantar entretimento para toda a família .
Todos os divertimentos noturnos para crianças são a pagar .

Há alguns aspetos que a meu ver podem ser melhorados, como por exemplo, adicionar mais produtos de higiene no wc, renovar os secadores, a televisão parava a imagem recorrentemente.

Very good stay with kids
Pros:

It is the perfect holiday for kids! They have water slides, evening entertainment with inflatable, trampoline etc at an extra costs. We upgraded to the all inclusive plus so all this was included in the price

Cons:

Room cleaning was super top level, bedsheets were never changed during the week we spent there and they forgot to refill the minibar a couple of times. Pools are not heated

Me, my wife and 2 kids had an amazing time. There was always something to do
Pros:

Lovely staff, great restaurants with amazing food. The coffee is so good. The whole place is fantastic. From the pools & slides to the entertainment for the children at night!

Cons:

My only negative is the elevator situation. As it’s a family hotel there is a few times throughout the day that it takes a long time to get into the elevator. Many times the elevator doors would open and it would be already full.
