Rooms are clean, whole hotel is immaculate cant fault that!

Food is nice! The Taberna restaurant is a must! Lots of variety of food and drink! Frozen cocktails included! Good kids entertainment!
Entertainment fails in the evening unfortunately! The disney show was good! Cant say we went to it each night to give a thorough review!
Walk up to the new town which isnt as bad as people make out! We went to the old town and found that just as busy and carnage after 10pm!
If you eat out Divini's in the old town is 10/10!
Would recommend this hotel for families only! The slides here are also great there are 5 different slides and we had more fun on them than going to the heaving and overcrowded water park at zoo marine!

Not got a bad word to say about this place if you’re after a family hotel. The animation team and entertainment for kids is by far the best I’ve come across. Food is very good, especially the fish/seafood, place is clean, staff are all very kind and keen to assist. It’s busy of course - you would expect that for a sizeable family hotel - but having visited in August it still didn’t feel overwhelming. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

this is out second visit at this hotel and again it didn't disappoint. we went as a family of 8 and had a great week! hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. we travelled with 2 members who are gluten free and they were so helpful and accommodating! so much to do during the day, yes night time can be a bit limited but we were never bored or stuck for something to do. our kids loved the pools and slides ( 3 and 5) and its great that you are allowed lilos etc in the pool! our rooms were serviced daily and had plenty of room for all of us! we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next summer this time for the 2 weeks, cant wait!

Great hotel for you and family. Pool entertained our 6&8 year old kids all day swapping between the water slides and large pool. Hotel is very clean and room are lovely. Seen a view reviews before we went about people being ill from food , but we ate a big selection of food and was fine. For a 5* would have thought there would be a bit more choice and some days could have been a bit warmer. Staff are really friendly all around the hotel . Would go back defiantly and would recommend.

Arrived for a 7 day all inclusive family break. After reading the reviews we were a little apprehensive about it with comments of sickness etc. However, we didn’t hear, see or experience anything at all. We used hand gel throughout just to safe guard against any potential bugs. There’s plenty around the food areas.
The food was good for an all inclusive with a large selection of dishes. Kids’ choices were decent too. We had no grumbles.
The kids’ club was a huge hit for our children. It’s on twice a day from 10am-12.45pm and then again 3pm-5pm. Make sure you book the day before on the app.
The quiet pool was a better choice for a more chilled vibe. The main pool was crazy busy with people and inflatables but if that’s your preference you’ll be fine.
Make sure you book the à la carte restaurants - they’re worth it and included in your stay.
All in all a great family holiday. We would recommend for families. Don’t take any notice of negative comments - remember people moan more than write positive comments.

Great hotel. Great entertainment for the children left for a very enjoyable holiday, they loved the water park very convenient having it in hotel.

Great hotel for families with kids, the water slides and splash zone are great.
Food in the buffet and Italian restaurant was good quality and there was always plenty of choice.
Room was a good size and cleaned every day.
There is an hourly minibus service to the Old Town otherwise Uber or Bolt are relatively cheap.
Only downside was having to pay for the go-karts, bungee, bouncy castle and trampoline beside the entertainment tent.

Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms- the airco doesn’t make any noise, the curtains make the room dark. Clean, good WiFi. Food is good- many options.

An excellent eco friendly hotel with brilliant facilities for families. Excellent service from the hotel including the entertainment team and restaurant team. A special mention to the bar staff in the swim up pool and lobby bar, excellent service. If you have children, highly recommend the Jupiter.

The Jupiter Hotel Albufeira is absolutely perfect for families, we were there July/August 2026 with our two children and five grandchildren, the hotel caters perfectly for everyone. We love everything about it and will definitely be retuning next year!

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Very clean. Food and drink options were excellent. I really enjoyed the food. Reception staff were super helpful. The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the beach downhill there so the shuttle bus taxi needed with kids

Very happy with the hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Housekeeping were excellent. Family friendly. Themed food nights and one free night at each of the restaurants if you stay a week. Free bus to the beach. Fab location. Highly recommend.

I can honestly say this is the best hotel ive ever been to. I cant actually fault it and will definitely be coming back!
Food - amazing.. we've done all inclusive before and was never special but we did as easy for the kids. The jupiter food is amazing. Lots of variety different foods every day, constant and even have food on when our older kids came back from clubbing in the early hours
Rooms - again amazing. Its all the small touches like fresh towels and chocolates being delivered every day
Activities - our kids are teenagers and still loved the foam party, water slides, water balloon fights. The hotel goes to so much trouble!
And as a bonus there's loads of sun loungers...

If used to service and quality of Turkey and Greece or even Egypt 5* hotels do not come here. Hotel personel is bored with tourists and unfriendly, food is boring no eggs until 07:30 very small selections of food and almost no Seats. ‘Waterpark’ is 3 slides without water, main pool is so dirty and extreme busy our daugther almost drowned during foam party. Pay extra for everything including bouncing castle, water bals, jumping area etc. Service is minimal, not even a bottle of water in the expensive room, if you are able to get to your room as the elevators are slow, busy and not operating at all.
