Pros:

the location and the staff availability to satisfy the customer

Cons:

the room is too small, while I was in the room another customer entered the room thinking it was his room. the reception somehow gave the room out to me and another customer although I had just checked in the room. really unacceptable.

Lovely location close to beach.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Glass of bubbles on arrival. Attentive service. Cheers to the Occidental team!

Cons:

The breakfast was good, however plan to go during non peak times as its layout and capacity is a bit congested.

This is the place to stay without kids!
Pros:

We loved the gym and the three saunas! It was also very close to the beach and the top-floor pool area was also appreciated! We loved that there were so many good restaurants nearby- especially Dos gatos locos that served Argentinian street food!

Cons:

Nothing - it was all very perfect stay for us!

Great gym

Cons:

Rooms were outdated and needed repairs. The check in process was very slow… I spent 30 mins in a queue to check in at 10pm (only 5 guests in front of me).

Die Personal war lieb, das Meer ist in der Nähe

Ich habe dem Hotel geschrieben, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer möchten. Wir haben neben dem Pool eins bekommen, wo die Leute liefen die ganz Nacht rein und raus. Die Tür war sehr laut, als sie die schliessen. Die Kissen sind sehr hart und gross, ich habe nach eine Andere gefragt, sie hatten keine.. Also ich würde nie wieder dieses Hotel nehmen. Die Steckdose hängt einfach aus der Wand😂😂 das Pool ist extrem klein und auf die Liegestühle gibt’s keine Matraze nichts. Man kann einfach auf dem harten Plastik liegen, wenigstens bekommt man einen Badetuch.

All good, but check the prices before traveling. If you can avoid convention time, do it.
Pros:

If you want to be close to business and to the sea the location where Occidental Atenea Mar is, is where you want to be. Good hotel, good staff.

Cons:

All was OK. Problem is that the price was too high for the overall level of the hotel. In defense of Occidental Atenea Mar the price was up significantly because there was a convention in Barcelona and all hotels were significantly up their prices.
