This hotel is exclusively for guests over 18 years of age.
The Hotel does not accept groups or stag/hen nights during the season, more than 2 bookings will also not be accepted.
The hotel restaurant requires the smart casual clothes. For gentlemen, bermudas are permitted. The Half Board are breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks are not included).
Pool towels, available at reception with a deposit of €20 per unit, which will be refunded after presentation of the towel at check-out. The non-return of the towels will imply payment of the same.
The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested upon check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person who checked in. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted.
The hotel is currently under renovation.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

L'hôtel était magnifique. Très spacieux, propre et la chambre était incroyable !
Il manque clairement d'ambiance dans cet hôtel. Aucune animation le soir. Rien du tout. Si vous êtes jeune je vous le déconseille. Vous risquez de vous ennuyez !

Staff were very friendly & cheerful, room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was vast with many choices . Pool area not over crowded and available beds at any time of the day, gardens were so well kept.

Le bruit pr les chambres qui donnent côté parking (on entend la musique des boites de nuit au loin et des bourrés qui rentrent toute la nuit si on a la fenêtre ouverte)…
Era muy bonito, los jardines preciosos, muy tranquilo y el personal muy agradable
Está lejos de la playa, aunque lo suplen poniendo transporte gratis
The hotel has a fantastic design, it feels rich and fabulous. Pool is big and very nice, food/drink options are sufficient and good priced. Breakfast was great, reception was always helpful. The massage in the SPA was spectacular, big kudos to the team.
Although most of the employees are very helpful and smiling, some of the stuff were very moddy, sometimes I was almost scared of asking something. Again I must mention that this was only for 3-4 employees, the rest were great. Another issue was, there were some sun beds, cabanas that were completely dirty, they can be maintained and cleaned much better in a stylish hotel like Falesia.
Nossa parte favorita foi o jardim, um espaço relaxante e muito bem mantido. Também a piscina, que tem um design interessante e se assemelha ao mar: é rasa nas bordas e vai aprofundando para o meio. Dos restaurantes, o que mais gostamos foi o Arriba: os pratos são variados e muito bem feitos. Toda a equipe foi sempre simpática e solícita, especialmente o Leonardo que cuidou do nosso check in.
Achamos os lençóis muito finos e os travesseiros pouco confortáveis, esperávamos que fossem de penas; a televisão também poderia ser melhor. O pequeno almoço deixa a desejar bastante nos pães e principalmente no café, pois a única opção é uma máquina self service da nescafé. Também achamos que o jantar tem um valor demasiado alto para o que oferece. Esperávamos uma opção de peixe do dia, verduras salteadas, coisas assim. O que vimos foi lasanha, porco, batatas fritas, alguma salada…
La habitacion super amplia con una terraza super comoda. Extravie un objeto y Ana de recepcion se ha preocupado y ocupado hasta encontrarmelo en todas las intslaciones. Encantados con el hotel y su gente! Volveremos sin lugar a duda!
No habia personal en el sector piscina para tomar pedidos de bebidas o comida. Si bien se prefiere la tranquilidad un poco de musica en la piscina hubiese estado mejor! ;)
Ah! Y deberian de cambiar las alfombras viejas de los pasillos en las habitaciones….
