Wonderful stay at a well managed, clean hotel
Pros:

I do have one complaint that is the door to our room, it was very hard to open.
Good things the room was clean, well stocked, just wish they would put in more coffee patches.
My wife and I enjoyed our time there so much we stayed another night. The staff was awesome, helpful. Breakfast was great, all the food was excellent and generous if you left hungry it was your own fault.

esta bien, limpio y tamaño bien.

pero si reservas para 4 personas la habitacion, por que no cuentan con colchas para el sofa cama? por que no tiene ropa de cama? y no te avisan antes, hasta que ya estas ahi. no entiendo el cobro del hotel, tampoco te dicen que debes dejar un un deposito hasta que ya estas ahi, y yo ingrese el 27 de junio, tengo los cargos y hoy nuevamente me hicieron cargos, ya lunes 29 de junio, que esta pasando? tendre que llamar al hotel, porque esos cargos de hoy y cuando me bonificaran el deposito? que hizo mal la recepcion? tendre que trabajar mas de la cuenta con este hotel.

Quick clean stay for work with good front desk staff.
Pros:

The front desk guy, I can’t recall his name, but he was hilarious and really helpful. Great at his job so make sure to keep him around.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. The breakfast was very good. They used REAL EGGS instead of powdered eggs. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The bed was too soft for me which made for a long night. In the middle of the night the fire alarms went off several times and once I stuck my head out the door someone, not sure it was an employee or not, I asked if we needed to leave and she said yes. Then it stopped and started again then stopped. I then looked outside into the hallway and again this lady showed up and said we didn’t need. To leave. Whatever it was was handled. Then we noticed that there wasn’t an evacuation plan on the door or anywhere in the room. 😳😳 SCARY

Good for the money
Pros:

Front desk was super helpful. Beds were really comfy. Room had a lot of space. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Walls were really thin so wet could here the people above us and the doors slammed really loud.

Not all comfort suites are the same. I’m glad I gave the brand a second chance because this location exceeded my expecta
Pros:

Ann was so friendly and helpful. The front lobby was super clean. The beds were SO comfortable, even the sofa bed.
I felt comfortable leaving the rest of my luggage in our vehicle as the area seemed safe enough.
The refillable water next to the ice was great.
Breakfast was ok, waffles were yummy. Coffee was meh.
Check out was super easy.
This hotel was family friendly.

Cons:

The only thing- and it’s not even a big deal- is the room smelled weird. But- I mean- I’ve smelled worse.

Very happy stay
Pros:

Clean, great pool, fitness center and breakfast. I’m just a fan of breakfasts. Anyway, they have an employee name Ann. Great person and asset. I arrived late to check in and the computers crashed. Of course this is when everyone needed something from Ann. This girl was calm and polite under pressure. I can’t say I would have especially when she was asked for free stuff for the inconvenience Anyways I felt welcomed because of Ann and it’s great to see customer service isn’t completely lost. In regards to the area, great places to walk for food or shopping with a mall across the street. I did get a sense the area could be troublesome but that’s just my gut and I did not experience anything
