It was a fabulous stay from the warm welcome and the attention to detail
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Hotel was clean and well run.
The room was beautifully decorated.

Cons:

We weren’t aware there was building going on within the hotel.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and the location is great.

Cons:

The hotel is renovating part of its area and the construction was a bit noisy. Fortunately the workers were there only during the day and we were away most of that time enjoying the city.

Pros:

The location was quiet and not crowded at all - hard to find in Venice! The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were very helpful with arranging a water taxi for us for our departure to the airport. Overall highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel in Venice
Pros:

Beutifull and Freindly hotel. The Reception staff were excellent and every one smiled at you, makes all the diffrence.
The location was good, water taxi avaliable outside the hotel. Air con excellent. It is a really pretty hotel inside and room we had was lovely.

I will stay here again.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, notre chambre était très spacieuse, le personnel très agréable et le petit déjeuner très bien.

Welcoming Exceptional Stay
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Hotel Ai Mori d’Oriente. It exceeded even our high marks from our first stay three years earlier. Everyone was helpful and friendly, welcoming. The room was exceptional. We love the location away from the busier parts of Venice. This is close to fine restaurants and the train station. I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent Hotel within a quiet area of Venice. Highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. Firstly the location is spot on . Not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but very quiet area. The hotel itself is brilliant. It starts from the reception team who are very friendly and helpful throughout. The room we had was amazing. Spacious and well decorated with AC. The breakfast had a wide selection of continental and traditional breakfast foods along with the most amazing chocolate cake. Could not find any fault at all with the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. It’s 20 minute walk to St Marks Square but also near to water taxi to the airport.
