I adore this hotel. This was our second time staying here. We also stayed here in June 2022. I am pleased to report that it is still my most favourite hotel in the world. It is world-class. The service is fantastic, the staff are so professional and friendly. The rooms are excellent, large, opulently decorated and very classy. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large, light and lots of room to put my toiletries and makeup. Some rooms have baths, some showers. I had a bath/shower this time. Spotlessly clean. Excellent. The location is perfect, in my favourite area of Venice. Cross the bridge outside the hotel to the next canal down and you’re on a long “street” full of indie bars and restaurants. I love it so much. I never go anywhere twice, so this means it’s special! The breakfast is also very nice, with plenty of choice. It can be a little expensive to stay in Venice in general, but this hotel is worth the cost. I will be back for a third visit at some point!
The property was cleaned!
Great customer service!
Nice staff

Do not book through Trip Advisor whatever you do! My wife and I had to cancel our stay due to a medical issue, and the way this was handled was beyond frustrating. When we called the hotel, they told us to contact TripAdvisor. When we contacted TripAdvisor, they told us to call the hotel. We were sent back and forth with neither side willing to take responsibility or actually help.
By the time this endless runaround was over, we had been pushed outside the cancellation window and were told we would receive no credit. It felt less like customer service and more like a tactic to avoid honoring a reasonable request.
Medical emergencies happen, and we weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—just some compassion and accountability. Instead, we were met with finger-pointing and zero effort to resolve the situation. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I would think twice before booking here again, especially with TripAdvisor.
The entire property seemed very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and comfortable - nicely furnished and common areas had attractive classical style architecture. The breakfast room and breakfast were great and the attendant was particularly nice. Front desk personnel were really friendly and helpful.
Not a thing
Lovely quiet location, still handy for transport links, set in a 15th century palazzo. Understated luxury, friendly and helpful staff- the barman even remembered we’d been previously!
There was nothing I didn’t like!
Stayed recently and it was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and air conditioned. Had a lovely terrace right off our room. We took their 6pm Canal Tour that picks you up right from out front. This hotel is not right in the busy part of Venice, it's in a super quiet neighborhood in the Cannaregio area. They made up a cot for our 10yo and the room was still spacious. Clean and well appointed.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a fantastic stay at Ai Mori d’Oriente Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to Marco, the barman, who was incredibly friendly and made our evenings even more enjoyable with his excellent cocktails and warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
The location is in a quieter area but in the evening you can cross one bridge and find yourself in a lively bar and restaurant scene. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and all the staff are attentive. The rooms are pleasant and well laid out. The air-conditioning is immense and had to turned up. I'd happily stay at this hotel again!
Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux, la chambre est cosy, au style de venise. Nous avons apprécier notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
Le petit dejeuner mais ça reste un avis personnel, peu de choix et pas top
This hotel was absolutely amazing , the staff were awesome, the room was gorgeous, the service was impeccable . We stayed for 4 nights and I cannot fault anything. The reception staff were very helpful at the start of each day helping us get to our locations. The Bar was excellent and breakfast was great. The hotel is in a peaceful location and a short walk to restaurants shops and transport . I fully recommend this fantastic hotel , thank you
Highly recommend this hotel for those traveling looking for comfort and superior service. Location is a bit away from the crowds in a nice quiet area. 10-15 min walks to shopping and restaurants.
Third stay at this lovely Venetian hotel. Situated in a quiet location in Cannaregio region of Venice. The hotel never fails to provide. Staff very friendly and of course a special mention to Parvaiz. Walkable to all attractions, St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge but far enough away from the crowds. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby. Very clean rooms, serviced daily if you wish. Price around average for Venice. Would recommend and we will be back next year.
