Welcoming Exceptional Stay
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Hotel Ai Mori d’Oriente. It exceeded even our high marks from our first stay three years earlier. Everyone was helpful and friendly, welcoming. The room was exceptional. We love the location away from the busier parts of Venice. This is close to fine restaurants and the train station. I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent Hotel within a quiet area of Venice. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is amazing. Firstly the location is spot on . Not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Venice but very quiet area. The hotel itself is brilliant. It starts from the reception team who are very friendly and helpful throughout. The room we had was amazing. Spacious and well decorated with AC. The breakfast had a wide selection of continental and traditional breakfast foods along with the most amazing chocolate cake. Could not find any fault at all with the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. It’s 20 minute walk to St Marks Square but also near to water taxi to the airport.

A splendid Hotel in an authentic area of Venice
Pros:

Brilliantly positioned in an authentic working area of Venice. Staff were incredibly welcoming and keen to ensure all aspects of our stay, fully met expectations. Tastefully, Moorish features run throughout this comfortable, clean and highly recommendable Venetian Hotel!

Wonderful honeymoon location!
Pros:

Location was quiet but within walking distance of lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The Staff were all delightful. The room was quite small but perfectly comfortable (amazing shower) and exactly as described on the website. There was some construction work going on but it did not disturb us at all and was kept very clean and tidy.

Pros:

It was right on the canal close to some good restaurants

Cons:

One of the rooms had bedbugs and we told us they were going to change rooms, but they didn’t give us no credit or anything. they made it sound like there was no bedbugs there, but we seen them.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Excellent location. 7 minutes walk from a Grand Canal station and 5 minutes from station to catch water taxi to airport. 5 minutes from the main high street.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful.
Room was excellent, clean, comfortable.
Would recommend highly.
