The rooms are gorgeous with great views. You can spot wildlife from your room. It's very close to restaurants and they provide a shuttle into town.
No one told us that mud season the entire city shuts down. 90% of the things we wanted to do were closed, including the restaurants. We were only off by a weel and would've paid more to have those amenities. Most of the staff was nice, a few people were a bit dismissive and the lines to check-in were long.
The room was comfortable and clean, the pool was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
We had to pay $25 a night for parking in the garage and there was no complimentary breakfast options
The location was excellent parking was good, views wonderful
Restaurant closed too early no room service available
It was our 50th Anniversary and the staff went the extra mile by bringing a very nice card to our room with some extras included. We were very pleasantly surprised.
Nice room and friendly staff, although miscommunication about nearby restaurant availability and deposit required by the Hotel.,
Short restaurant hours, no pool facility due to construction and construction on site.
The Hotel, not Booking.com, charged my credit card for a deposit of $50.00. When I requested a refund no one could help me receive a return of the funds that were taken from me.
The pool is the best in Steamboat for lodging. It’s always so clean and classy. Always love waking up to the hot air balloon out our windows.
ONLY thing I struggle with about The Steamboat Grand any time I stay there is getting my deposits back in a timely manner.
The hotel was very nice and the customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We also loved the free shuttle service to town and the drivers were great.
Alles wunderbar, hat einfach alles gepasst
Es gubt nichts dass ich schreiben könnte
beautiful hotel in a great location. nice restaurant for dinner.
Overall, the experience was good. We had a one bedroom condo that was very large. Gas fireplace in the room was a nice touch. While we did not use them, the pool and hot tubs were very popular with many guests. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The shuttle into town was very useful and we never had more than a 20 minute wait for it. The one negative for me was the lack of a full service restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There was the Market that had a quick but limited menu.
Excellent room, great balcony, very convenient location and bed very comfortable. Felt the Steamboat cabin vibe.
Are few things didn't work. Cold water faucet jetted tub and keuirg coffee maker. Disappointing
