El personal era agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones, había aire acondicionado en buen funcionamiento. No se oían ruidos de la calle.
El desayuno muy muy simple, con 4 cosas típicas inglesas. No había bollería, ni fiambre, ni variedad. Desayuno caro para lo que es. La mejor opción es desayunar en un supermercado. Y la ubicación no era la mejor.
The rooms were air-conditioned, which was great during one of the hottest days of summer. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. It was a short easy walk to the train station.
The rooms are fine, but very small. The location is farther from many main London attractions, so make sure to take that into account when planning travel times.
We've got only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days. We're family 3 people. I left notice, where I asked housekeeper give us toilet paper, but we didn't get it.

Ужасный завтрак! такого отвартительного завтрака за все время путешествий по миру я не встречал! одна кофемашина постоянно ломалась! сока не было! вилок даже постоянно не хватало и приходилось ждать 10-15 минут пока принесут! Столы не убирались вовремя! Кто пишет за "хороший завтрак" - явно говорит неправду
