very poor breakfast, tasteless
I stayed here on Saturday Night this weekend. Arriving about 9pm after a long day
There is plenty of parking and although I was in a Kia Electric Van I was able to park undercover and felt safe even in central London
On Arrival my Platinum Status was acknowledged and my welcome points awarded
My Room on 5th Floor was clean and tidy to normal HIE standards. The Bathroom was particularly nice and above standard
I slept perfectly
I ventured downstairs for dinner and was seated promptly and greeted warmly. However I informed that multiple dishes on the menu where unavailable
I choose Gozo and pasta with mushrooms. My food took longer than expected to arrive and then both dishes arrived simultaneously
At the Bar I ordered a large Rum and Coke and was served a large Coke
My food was a little unexciting but palatable and ok completion I ordered another Rum and Coke at the Bar. The waitress was polite but too short to reach the Kraken in top self and I offered to pick it for convenience
My attention was drawn my wife messaging me on my phone and then I was offered a pint glass full of Coke and another Tin of Pepsi for which I paid £5
I took my drink to my room and sipped to pint glass on route and was surprised that It a pint of neat Rum!
I mixed this with the Pepsi and retired replete with my alcoholic beverage
I this on check out and as informed that there were agency staff on the night before!
I will definitely be returning!
Clean and tidy breakfast was good with good selection
Room with no windows was a little small
First of all, the staff were genuinely so nice, easy to talk to, and over all accommodating. I am a wheelchair user and have multiple health issues. Getting dressed and out of bed can be quite a challenge for me, especially in the morning. However we managed to get late check out the night before leaving. The room was over all spacious, clean, and well put together. My friend and I booked a twin room and the only thing we had to adjust ourselves were the beds, moving them slightly further apart so I could use my wheelchair properly to get in and out of bed. Though I couldn't fit my wheelchair in the bathroom, there were plenty of thing's to be able to safely hold on to to hold my weight up to move about. There was also a bar in the shower to hold on to! Even though there were plenty of challenges for me to navigate with my health, overall they were small. We had one of the smoothest and most comfortable stays here :))
I wish the accessible rooms had the option of also being a twin room, as that is a much needed thing for plenty of disabled individuals, wheelchair users or not. It would also make the bathroom situation far safer for many.

The breakfast was great and the bed very comfortable. Location to the river and public transport was great.
Not many restaurants or bars close by to eat from.
Voor een weekendje Londen prima hotel, fris en schoon, 6 min lopen van Limehouse station
Ontbijt valt wat tegen qua beschikbaarheid. Helaas kan niet iedereen een Engels ontbijt eten en dan is het andere aanbod erg beperkt. Maar voor een weekend prima te doen overigens.

Хотела е на приемливо място, хигиената и обслужването е на ниво.
Никога до сега при всички пътувания не сме били настанявани в стая без прозорец (естествена светлина и проветрение). обстановката е доста потискаща, освен това стаите са изключително малки, няма гардероб, ако гостите са с по-големи куфари, няма място къде да бъдът оставени и отворени!!!
