I like that I was able to walk to Habor Boardwalk and walk around we was able to try different food everything besides the beach was because it was like 15 min away. So, for me having the hotel right in the center of everything for me.
I didn't like that when we got there the hallway leading to the first room, they assigned us the floor was soaking wet, so it tracks into our room. everything in the room was ok the sliding door to the balcony was good, so I let them know what was going on, so they move us from the 5th floor to the 4th floor. Gets to the second room everything was ok, but sliding door didn't open and close easily. The bed had a ball of hair that was in bed under the covers that really freak me out.

La habitación estaba vieja con olor a húmedo ruidosa al estar en el primer piso , solicité cancelación y no tuve resultados por parte del hotel tuve que quedarme mi estancia prácticamente obligado no quisieron cancelar

La ubicación y buena atención de la señorita de recepción, la vista desde la habitación estuvo increíble .
Pedí toallas limpias y no me llevaron y el desayuno no fue lo que esperábamos .
We loved the view of the Harbor from our room and we were within walking distance to local restaurants.

Needs a good clean and a lick of paint, reception staff not the best need to spend less time on their phones and may more attention to there job 🙁

Breakfast was dire, should not be included as an option as you have to microwave everything, no fruit and water jar only filled once a day.
The pool needs to be sorted, does not look like been cleaned thoroughly for a long time.
Seems to be understaffed and they did not seem to have much knowledge of the local area.
