This hotel certainly does not deserve a 5-star rating. Cleanliness is virtually non-existent; some floors—and even some bathrooms—have a foul odor.

The bathrooms contain old towels. The bathroom has nothing but a bottle of shampoo and hand soap.

There are no chairs available by the pool; people reserve them for the entire day. I suspect they go off for a nap while keeping them reserved.

The building needs a complete renovation.

El baño de la habitación era un poco antiguo. El dosificador del gel de la ducha estaba roto, salía muy poca agua y había un olor bastante desagradable en la ducha.
Había demasiadas personas en el buffet lo que hacía que hubiera muchas colas.

Rude staff, shocking sleeping arrangements, and a very disappointing stay overall.

The buffet was completely unorganised, with constant queues, overcrowding, and food frequently running out. Mealtimes felt chaotic rather than enjoyable. The entertainment was average at best and certainly not enough to make up for the other issues.

The worst part of our stay was the bedroom. The sleeping arrangements were completely unacceptable. The beds were nowhere near big enough to accommodate our teenage son, despite this being sold as a room suitable for our family. The photos speak for themselves. The room felt cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly designed for the number of guests it was supposed to sleep.

Overall, this was far below the standard we expected and not somewhere we would choose to stay again.

Leider hat uns das Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Wir raten jedem der noch keine Kinder hat dieses Hotel nicht zu besuchen. Das Essen war eintönig. Hotel wirbt mit Tennis und Padelplatz, sind aber erst fünf Tage im Voraus frei. Andere Restaurants sind auch erst ab einer Mindestzahl an Nächten buchbar. Dies ist kein All-Inklusive sondern eine abzocke.

Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne Hotel geführt, mag diesen Standard aber nicht zu erfüllen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Man sieht, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, die ausgeführten Renovierungsarbeiten sind eher billig gemacht, insbesondere das Bad (Dusche) entspricht nicht dem 5-Sterne Standard. Ausstattung des Hotels ist eher dürftig, das Freizeitangebot hält sich in Grenzen (z.B. nur ein Fussballtor, das zudem seit längerem beschädigt ist). Poolbereich ist nichts Besonderes. Aufenthaltsräume sind lieblos gestaltet.
Das Essen war wenig abwechslungsreich, es fehlten Gewürze. Auch in diesem Bereich entsprechen die 5-Sterne nicht dem Angebot. Unverständlich ist zudem das Konzept mit den beiden zusätzlichen Restaurants, die nur auf Reservierung zugänglich sind. Die Qualität des Essens lag sogar unter dem Buffet-Angebot.

Definitely not a five-star hotel; at best, I would rate it as a three-star. The food was the same every day, with very limited options, and the drinks were cheap substitutes. The hotel also seemed understaffed, and the staff often appeared unhappy and overwhelmed.

The common areas, especially the elevators, were not very clean. The elevator system also needs to be reviewed, as it often assigns the same elevator to a large number of people while the others remain unused, causing unnecessary crowding and waiting times.

The bathroom in the room also needs renovation, particularly the bathtub. It would also be a nice addition to have a hanger or drying rack on the balcony for wet swimsuits and towels.
