Un séjour exceptionnel, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, les prestations de l'hôtel sont de grande qualité ! Localisation idéale (situé à quelques mètres de la plage), excellente literie, buffet très varié (avec un coin végétarien), le frigo de la chambre est approvisionné en boissons fraîches tous les jours sans extra (je n'ai jamais vu ça !). La formule all inclusive inclut vraiment tout, d'habitude certaines boissons ou prestations sont à payer en extra, mais ici nous n'avons pas ressorti notre carte bancaire du séjour. Et j'ai particulièrement apprécié l'engagement de l'hôtel dans le développement durable, bravo ! Etant donné que nous avions bénéficié d'une réduction de fin d'année, le rapport qualité/prix était absolument imbattable...

The staff are very polite and attentive, so our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

The room is perfect. The beach is just 7min walking. We didn’t have the option for a late check-out, but the hotel offered us a complimentary room for 30 minutes so we could shower and get ready. This allowed us to enjoy the hotel a bit longer before leaving.

Cons:

The outdoor pool for children was very cold, and the indoor pool—despite being covered—was also not at a comfortable temperature for small children or babies. The hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible to get two key cards for room access.

A lovely hotel with a 5 walk to the most goregous beach. Buffet was very very bland and repetetive but you wont go hungr
Pros:

The property is very nice and big, there is a lot of area for improvement to make it actually a 5 stat hotel

Cons:

The elevator, the room doors and some areas need work on ceiling

pokoje ok. trochę mało obsługi na stołówce i barach.

Stay was lovely. My only criticism is the play area on the lower ground . As you have to pay cash for the pool tables

NOT a 5 star hotel, let down by staff service level and poor quality food. Would not revisit.
Cons:

The main restaurant is more like a canteen. While very presentable at start of service, it quickly deteriorates due to lack of staff. Tables are slow to be cleared and cleaned. Some food is questionable quality though plenty of choice.
Bar staff unable to cope with demand. Usually a lone bartender who is also required to clear tables and clean, an impossible task.Difficult to book a la carte options. Raised concerns with front desk manager as did a number of guests
