Lo pasamos muy bien y disfrutamos de nuestra estancia allí.
Cons:

La limpieza de la habitacion(los mechones de pelo estuvieron en el mismo sitio toda nuestra estancia en el baño y habitación)
La bañera perdía agua y el baño estaba mojado siempre tras cada ducha(la bañera no se limpió ningún día)
Las comidas casi siempre se repetían (todo muy abundante,eso sí,pero casi siempre era lo mismo)

El trato del personal y las instalaciones son increíbles.
Mención especial a Carlos Marín, el cual nos dejó hasta una nota de agradecimiento por debajo de la puerta escrita a mano. El personal cuida todos los detalles, los niños lo pasaron en grande. El buffet tiene bastante comida típica portuguesa, y puedes entrar al restaurante tantas veces como quieras, estando abierto prácticamente todo el día. La animación increíble. También especial mención a la food truck, riquísimas las hamburguesas.

La animación es muy buena y todos los días hay juegos y fiesta para niños y adultos hemos pasado unos días muy buenos,está muy cerca de la playa, buena ubicación .

Todo, el hotel en general, la limpieza, el personal muy atento y profesional, la comida buena, la habitación muy cómoda, la animación buena, en fin todo excelente, detalles en la habitación y unas vistas espectaculares, muy cerca de la playa.

Lo qué más me gustó el personal del hotel y por supuesto la animación 😍

Cons:

Lo qué menos me gustó fue la reserva de hamacas....en todos los hoteles pasa lo mismo lo sé.....pero nunca voy a entender a gente que está 5 y 6 horas con la hamaca reservada y nadie ponga remedio a eso....
