voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schone en fijne kamer, fantastisch zwembad en uitstekend ontbijt.
Locatie is ideaal t.o.v. Cannes en Saint-Raphaël, heerlijk rustig.

Calme, confort et surtout gentillesse.
Pros:

Tout d’abord la gentillesse de toutes les personnes travaillant au sein de l’hôtel. Nous nous sommes sentis chouchoutés. D’une bienveillance qui est vraiment rare à trouver dans les autres hôtels. Une bonne entente dans l’hôtel et un accueil 5 étoiles!
Le petit-déjeuner est très sympa, le calme de l’environnement et la décoration 10/10. Ma chambre était très propre à chaque fois.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, la piscine qui n’était pas assez bien nettoyé à mon goût. Beaucoup de moustiques et traces au fond de la piscine.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer : taches sur le couvre-lit, moustique écrasé au plafond et présence de toiles d’araignée. Cela donne une impression de manque d’entretien général.
Le balcon/terrasse était inutilisable, les chaises étaient sales et l’espace n’était visiblement pas entretenu.
La piscine était également décevante : traces ressemblant à du moisi autour du bassin et fond de l’eau pas propre, ce qui ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner.
Dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien et plus d’attention à la propreté, l’expérience aurait pu être bien plus agréable.

Très bel hôtel plein de charme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel entièrement rénové avec goût, calme et intime. On a la sensation d'être accueilli dans une maison d'hôte. Personnel aux petits soins. Très beau spa, spacieux et très propre avec une utilisation privatisée. Excellent petits déjeuners avec des produits locaux.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme du début à la fin. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Mélyna pour son accueil chaleureux, la délicate collation ainsi que la magnifique décoration personnalisée qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.

Toutes ces petites attentions font vraiment la différence et montrent le soin apporté aux clients. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Bravo à toute l’équipe !
