Prachtige locatie
Pros:

Midden in het centrum op loopafstand van het treinstation en de bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Beperkte keuze bij het ontbijt in Brood. Was maar 1 soort.

Für Kulturtouristen hervorragend
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen in Köln fast unüberbietbar gut. Das Hotel ist nicht ganz neu, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft: ich bin nach durcharbeiteter Nacht schon um sieben Uhr angekommen und obwohl die Zimmer eigentlich erst um 14.00 Uhr bezogen werden können, hab ich - ohne Mehrkosten! - gleich ein zufälliges freies Zimmer beziehen können.

Cons:

Ich habe ein ruhiges Zimmer wie bestellt bekommen (also nach hinten), aber die Ruhe ist nur bedingt gegeben: im Hof laufen lange in die Nacht hinein Lüftungsaggregate und die Zimmer sind extem hellhörig. Das TV-Programm der Nachbarin war erst nach mehrmaliger Intervention erträglich.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Ideal für eine kurze Reise nach Köln. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage, ideal bei diesen heißen Temperaturen. Wir haben nicht zum ersten Mal dort übernachtet und waren angenehm überrascht wie sich das Hotel positiv weiter entwickelt hat. Das Frühstück war okay, alles vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Uns ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen.

Lautstarke Mitarbeitergespräche die ganze Nacht hindurch.

Es liegt zentral.

Cons:

Der Lärm den die Mitarbeiter Tag und Nacht durch lautstarke Gespräche verursachen.
Das Frühstück war schlecht.
Das Hotel ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet.

De locatie en hygiëne in het hotel waren zeer goed.

Cons:

Het hotel was zeer gehorig, zowel van buiten het hotel als tussen de kamers. Hier moet je dus wel tegen kunnen.

Pros:

We hadden een 3-persoonskamer die eigenlijk uit 2 kamers bestond met een halletje en badkamer ertussen. De grootste heeft airco, de andere wordt alleen gekoeld als je de deuren open laat staan, was voor ons geen probleem. Kamers waren heel schoon.

Cons:

Er waren alleen zoete yoghurtjes bij het ontbijt.

Alles perfekt!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt mitten in der Fußgängerzone (dadurch ab Geschäftsschluß der Läden bis am nächsten Morgen um 09.00 Uhr total ruhig) es gibt keine Bars im Umkreis von 100 Metern also abends/nachts absolut ruhig zum schlafen. Mit Aufzug. Frühstück auch wirklich gut. Zimmer und Hotel absolut sauber und schön eingerichtet. Parkhaus in 100 Meter Entfernung (20 EUR/Tag. Preis Leistung umschlagbar!
