Not worth the money at all.

Cons:

This hotel is definitely not worth the money we spent. It is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but based on our experience, I honestly don’t understand how it received that rating. In my opinion, it does not even meet the standards of a 2-star hotel.

The reception area is extremely small and feels more like a small shop counter than a proper hotel reception. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with a very limited selection and poor quality.

Overall, there are many things that need significant improvement before this hotel can reasonably claim to provide a 4-star experience. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard and were very disappointed with our stay.

Clean, awesome room & friendly staff
Pros:

The room was large, including the bathroom, and had a nice view of the city. The location isn’t right in the centre, but it’s only a short ride away. Staff were very friendly and helpful — Mattia at reception was very welcoming and went out of her way to assist us and even gave us great city suggestions. Breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, and will definitely stay here again when back in Zagreb.

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése, remek hogy van saját parkolója. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Jó a reggeli, remekül éreztük magunkat.

La struttura è posizionata a meno di 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata e frigo. Un bagno grande e il balcone. Colazione molto bona e personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio sotterraneo nel retro della struttura.

Muy buen precio. Es un alojamiento que cumple con todo lo que promete, no es lo mejor para ir andando al centro pero está muy bien comunicado. Muy buena opción para visitar Zagreb.
