Отель неплохой, но есть очень много нюансов.

Во-первых, при бронировании мне пришел запрос с выбором кровати: одна большая двуспальная или две односпальные. Я выбрала большую двуспальную кровать и получила подтверждение, что именно такой вариант будет предоставлен. Однако по приезде в номере оказались две сдвинутые вместе односпальные кровати.

Также заранее я сообщила, что моя дочь едет на экзамен, поэтому нам очень нужен тихий номер, чтобы ребенок смог хорошо выспаться. К сожалению, нашу просьбу тоже не учли. Номер выходил на сторону с крайне неприятным видом на грязную крышу, а прямо рядом проходила железная дорога. Всю ночь было слышно, как проезжают поезда, поэтому номер оказался очень шумным.

Что касается самого номера, то чистота оставляет желать лучшего. В ванной комнате было грязно, окна грязные, батарея покрыта пылью, а на подоконнике лежал строительный мусор. Фотографии прилагаю.

Рядом с отелем идет масштабный ремонт дороги. Я понимаю, что это не зависит от сотрудников отеля, но считаю, что гостей необходимо заранее предупреждать о таких неудобствах, особенно если отель позиционирует себя как четырехзвездочный. Нас никто об этом не предупредил. Попасть в отель по чистой дороге невозможно — вокруг стройка, пыль, грязь и постоянный шум.

Завтрак оказался очень скромным. Подача напомнила гостиницы 90-х годов: еда находилась под пластиковыми запотевшими крышками. Сам ресторан небольшой и явно не соответствует уровню четырехзвездочного отеля.

К персоналу у меня никаких претензий нет — сотрудники очень вежливые и доброжелательные, за это отдельное спасибо.

Однако при входе в отель и на первом этаже постоянно ощущался неприятный запах канализации. Лифт также оставил неприятное впечатление: он сильно трясется во время движения, и пользоваться им было некомфортно.

Мы воспользовались парковкой отеля, стоимость составила 15 евро в сутки. На мой взгляд, для гостей, проживающих в отеле, подземная парковка могла бы быть бесплатной.

The room was huge. We stayed in the curved part and the room was terrific. Very large, comfortable, and lots of light.
Great location, close to public transportation.
Good underground parking.

Pros:

Odlicna je lokacija. Lako se nadje sa auto puta a blizu su tranvajske stanice. Parkirali auto u garazu i bez brige otisli u centar.
U prizemlju je vrlo pristojan kafe- restorancic. Sobe su ciste i svetle. Osoblje predusretljivo.

Cons:

Dorucak bi mogao da bude malo drugaciji. Pre svega mislim na nacin serviranja. Izbor je korektan ali je sve u nekoj zamagljenoj vitrini i deluje kao da je spremljeno juce. U svakom slučaju, ponovo bih došao.
