Hermoso pero con buen estado físico
Pros:

La ubicación y vista son majestuosas, el entorno maravilloso, la habitación espaciosa y cómoda

Cons:

Muchas escaleras, no apto para tercera edad, minusvalidos o gente con problemas articulares, la escalera hacia la playa fernandinho, esta mal diseñada, escalones muy altos, y al llegar a la playa puedes caerte desde rocas ya que no hay nada para asegurar nada bajada
Necesitan urgente arreglos con escalones de menor altura y acceso seguro a la playa
Ascensores dentro del hotel no hay y tampoco hacia la playa
Otra cosa, el aseo de la habitación y baños fue deficiente, al entrar y andar descalzos, quedamos con los pies llenos de arena

Localização, Recepção, Serviço e Atenção prestada. Quero muito agradecer a simpatia e paciência dos profissionais Leonardo, Marcus, Zé e Bruno... Infelizmente esqueci o nome de alguns dos colaboradores do hotel, mas sou agradecido pela atenção, cuidado e prontidão no atendimento. Obrigado!!!

Pros:

L'hotel surplombe la baie, chambre spacieuse, personnel attentionné. Accès direct à la plage et pas très loin du centre en utilisant la petite route du front de mère. C'est une petite ville bien agréable.

Cons:

Les équipements généraux sont un peu surannés, je crois que c'est un hotel historique et emblématique du développement de cette petite ville balnéaire. Comme beaucoup d'endroits au Brésil, l'évacuation des sanitaires relève d'un mystère. D'une manière générale, le rapport qualité/prix me pose un léger problème d'équilibre. A placer dans le contexte brésilien avec le regard d'un europeen exigeant.

O acesso às praias de João Fernandes e João Fernandinho e à vista do quarto são o grande diferencial.
Ver o pôr do sol do quarto do hotel foi uma experiência incrível. Eu amei!

El lugar es magico, nos tocó una habitacion con vistas al mar y Joao Fernandinho, un placer amanecer con esas vistas. Tiene bajada privada a las 2 playas de Joao Fernandes ( un super plus). El hotel se encuentra en un lugar de facil acceso y se puede ir caminando al centro (Rua das pedras), sin tomar ninguna subida cansadora. Cerca hay una especie de almacen y un lugar de pokes y sanwichs muy rico y conveniente. El personal del hotel muy atento. El desayuno cumple con lo necesario y las instalaciones del hotel aunque algo antiguas se encuentran super cuidadas. Lo recomiendo, volvería!
