We highly recommend this stay if you have a need for an extra room. We are very pleased.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay in Mayfair at Carlton Court. Everything was as it claimed to be for reservation. Location was superb and the stay was incredibly comfortable. Our daughter had her own room. There was a half bath upstairs for our convenience and the bedrooms were downstairs, very accommodating. The staff were on point in every way.

Cons:

I feel the cabinets in the kitchen weren't screwed on tightly and the plates / bowls were too large to fit in to properly close the cabinets (not all, just some).

Ahmed and Team, plus location and value for money made this the only place we will stay when in London.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Court and could not have felt more welcome.

From the moment we arrived, the manager gave us such a warm and genuine greeting. Throughout our stay, Ahmed from Management/Concierge looked after us with incredible kindness and care. He truly went out of his way for everything and made us feel as though he had long-lost family visiting. He was thoughtful, caring, and went well above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay.

The housekeeping team were also wonderful - genuinely warm, kind and attentive. Overall, the team made the experience feel very personal and special.

The location is second to none, the value for money was excellent, and having such a large amount of space in London was a real luxury and very rare.

We will definitely stay at Carlton Court every time we are back in London. Many thanks again to Ahmed and the whole team.

Pros:

The location was excellent, all the beds were very comfortable and the staff at the main desk were very pleasant and friendly and very very agreeable to allow a slightly later check-out and luggage storage

Cons:

The furnishings were dated and the kitchen could use with a refresh but the whole unit functioned as we needed.

Wonderful stay with family
Pros:
