Good location

What a huge disappointment. We expected a relaxing stay, but instead we couldn’t wait to leave. The entire property feels neglected, with old, worn-out rooms that have a musty smell the moment you walk in. Nothing about the hotel felt clean, modern, or worth the price we paid.

The biggest letdown was the staff. They were dismissive, unfriendly, and made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we had a question. Hospitality clearly isn’t a priority here.

Had a refund been an option, we would have packed our bags and checked out on the first day. There are so many better hotels in Waikiki that actually value their guests. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly helpful and room was cleaned beyond expectations daily! They made us all feel like family. Beautiful facilities

Warm is an AMAZING Pilates instructor! She expertly guided the participants through movement and stretching while explaining which parts of the body were being targeted. I highly recommend this class!

From the moment we walked into this hotel, the experience was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and acted like guests were an inconvenience rather than welcomed visitors. Every interaction left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The hotel itself is extremely outdated, run-down, and poorly maintained. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, the furnishings felt old and worn, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Nothing about the property felt fresh or inviting.

Honestly, there was not a single positive aspect of our stay. If we could have received a refund, we would have checked out immediately and gone somewhere else. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay in Waikiki.

The hotel is conveniently located on the heart of Waikiki so easy access to the beach, shops, & restaurants is always a huge +. The hotel is nice, rooms are good with balcony, clean and smells good in the lobby, the amenities are great as well: in the room - iron/ironing board, safe box, mini fridge, properly stocked big container of lotion, body wash, shampoos, & conditioner, in the hotel - microwave, water dispenser (hot & cold), ice, washer & dryer, beach towel along with kids sand toys. Can’t complain about free breakfast everyday - hot food, salad, fruits, oatmeal, cereal, soups, pastries, & drinks. If you’re in a hurry, you can have your breakfast on a to go box with drinks. Service from the crew I would say is the best coz everyone’s great, very friendly, and helpful. Shout out to Rowena from the restaurant breakfast and Alma from housekeeping. The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is the car parking because not enough spot & they charge a lot per day, considering you already staying there. Other than that our experience for the whole week was amazing. Thank you and I would definitely recommend Waikiki Resort Hotel.

the hotel was less than a block from the ocean but was less expensive than the hotels in the same area. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and could walk to hotel for any needed items without it being an ordeal.

Paige was so easy to talk to and super laid back. It was the best way to wake up! And incredible start to our trip. We even witnessed a rainbow mid class :) 🌊 🌈
