Pros:

Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist. Das Fahrrad konnten wir im Innenhof unter freien Himmel an eine Stiege festmachen.

Zimmer:
wir waren im 4ten Stock, unser Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Dachfenster, welche über eine beigestellte Treppe erreichbar war. Das Fenster und das Rollo konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da es durch die Sonne entsprechend aufgeheizt wurde und man somit nicht hingreifen konnte. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, diese lief auch aufgrund des Dachgeschosses 24/7 durch. Internet war passabel. Falls für jemanden relevant, TV war über Antenne, viele Programme funktionierten aufgrund des schlechten Empfangs nicht. Zimmerböden waren, wie meist in Italien üblich Fliesen. Das Zimmer ansich war sauber.

Frühstück:
Die Frühstückstische waren sehr klein und der Frühstucksraum war morgens komplett überfüllt, weil gefühlt das ganze Hotel zum Frühstück kam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, es gab Rührei, Müssli, Chrossaint, Donuts, Obst, Marmeladen, kleinere Brötchen, usw.

Lage:
Lage war sehr gut, Bus station ist in unmittelbarer nähe, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt waren zu Fuss erreichbar, vor dem Hotel gab es einen Parkplatz zum entladen, danach konnte man sein Auto in ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus für 12€/24h parken.

Kleine Tipps:
- ein stück auswärts von Triest gibt es einen Parkplatz, wo Camper zahlen müssen, Autos jedoch gratis stehen können. Direkt davor steht auch eine Bushaltestelle, wo alle 10min ein Bus fährt.

- Bus fahren: Tickets müssen unbedingt im Bus entwertet werden ansosnten drohen 71,5€ Strafe. Touristen werden regelrecht abgezockt, da man darauf nicht hingewiesen wird.

Eine Nacht und nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war schön und es war sauber. Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer 124 und waren für eine Nacht. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und wir mussten die Nacht bei über 27° aushalten. Wir haben versucht mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen, aber es war so laut in den Straßen, dass wir dadurch auch nicht schlafen konnten. Weiters war es auch draußen sehr warm, sodass keine kühle Luft ins Zimmer kam.
Wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet und es ist auch einmal jemand gekommen, allerdings wurde das Problem nicht behoben und als wir nach 23 Uhr dann erneut wegen der Klimaanlage um Hilfe gebeten haben, konnte man niemanden mehr erreichen. Es war eine Horrornacht und wir haben aufgrund der Hitze kaum geschlafen. Sind dann früh morgens sofort abgereist. Gott sei dank haben wir kein Frühstück gebucht. Auf mehrmalige Hilfenachrichten via Whatsapp wurde auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Anruf an die Rezeption brachte auch nichts, man konnte niemanden erreichen. Nach 23 Uhr ist man in diesem Hotel auf sich alleine gestellt.
