The location is amazing, you can take a swim in the huge pool or lake Geneva! Suites are very big
There was no electric water kettle in our suite. There were 3 coffeepads and if you wished for more you had to pay, a bit odd in this type of accomodation. Furthermore our showerhead came completely off during use. No compensation for this gives no sign of customer engagement, I would have said “the minibar is on us” Location was absolutely breathtaking but the building is a bit former glory, needs a loving modernisation.

Staff bringing for you food or required item, after knocking immediately unlocking the door and trying to enter.
I would say that hotel is 2 stars, max 2.5 , and not worth the value of money.

A truly beautiful hotel in it's heyday, in a fabulous position with a view to die for but sharing a lift with nurses and blood pressure machines every day made for a really creepy, uncomfortable family experience!!
It seems to masquerade as a skin clinic but we never saw any customers for those services only the infirm as the defibrillators and black Mercedes vans parked outside would suggest! Floor 1 seems to be a no-go area as we were ushered back into the lift after thinking it was the ground floor. Lots of people hanging around all day on the landing outside the lift on the 5th floor was rather unnerving.
Staff were generally pleasant as was breakfast, pool was nice. Everything is a bit shabby and neglected (carpets stained, curtains faded, no kettle) and could do with a revamp but most importantly it needs to decide if it's a luxury hotel or a hospital!!!
Definitely wouldn't stay here again unless I was ill!!!

We were very disappointed that we were not informed in advance about the Blockage of all the roads. Had we known earlier, we could have planned accordingly.
Instead, we had to completely rearrange our trip. We had to change our flights, modify our car rental and book another one, reserve an extra night at a different hotel, and reorganize our entire itinerary—all because of the blockage situation.
The property knew we had a rental car waiting outside, yet no one informed us beforehand. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a significant inconvenience. Better communication in advance would have prevented all of these issues.
Très bon emplacement situé à mi-chemin entre le centre ville et le château de Chillon avec une magnifique vue sur le lac.
Personnel très agréable et disponible qui nous a donné plein de très bons conseils pour organiser nos visites.
Je recommande vivement.
