Very lovely stay in this hotel, helpful and kind staff, comfortable and large room with a view
Pros:

The room was enormous with 2 balconies and a stunning view on the lake. Location excellent, right on the lake, a few minutes walk from the city centre,

Cons:

I read the breakfast was amazing. It was fine but not exceptional. Having breakfast with such a stunning view is what is worth it.

Stilvolles Hotel mit bester Lage, betrieben von gastfreundlichem, professionellem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels: direkt am See gelegen, Balkon mit Sicht auf den Léman und die Bergwelt, nur drei Minuten zu Fuss zur Busstation Bon Port.
Sehr aufmerksames, gastfreundliches Personal.
Leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Grosses Hallenbad (25m Bahnen).

Cons:

Das Hotel aus der Belle Epoque ist teilweise renoviert, teilweise eben (noch) nicht. Es hat noch Zimmer und Flure mit Teppichen. Der Zugang zum Pool führt durch enge, muffige Gänge. Dafür entschädigt das riesige Schwimmbecken...

Pros:

Fantastic location. Comfortable spacious room, with stunning views from the balcony. The pool facilities were excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful. Traditional style hotel with lovely period features. Dinner in the restaurant on our first evening was perfect.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room,

Overall a great stay. Could use some freshening up!
Pros:

The room had a great location and was comfortable. The staff was exceptional - everyone was kind and helpful

Cons:

The furniture was old (the couch had one cushion ripped). We had to ask to get a living room lamp for the table. The hallway to our room always smelled musty and the carpets were old and stained.

Spectacular view and location
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Montreux, especially because of its excellent location. The bus stop and the beautiful lakeside promenade were both very close, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. The views from the hotel were also fantastic and added a lot to the overall experience. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a deluxe room, which was a thoughtful gesture and definitely appreciated.

Cons:

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The wooden flooring in the room was quite creaky, which became noticeable, especially at night. We were also a bit disappointed that there was no kettle provided in the room, even though it was a deluxe category room.
