Lovely surprise in the best location - good breakfast too

Vi fick ett rum i bottenvåningen. Det var vi inte beredda på. Vi tyckte heller inte om att rummet hade en heltäckande matta.

Entspannte Lage und trotzdem zentral. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ich habe schon häufig in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Ich finde die Lage toll! Man kann einiges zu Fuß erreichen, Notting Hill, Heidepark und zwei U-Bahn-Station sind auch in der Nähe.

Der Tresor war defekt, eines der beiden gebuchten Zimmer hatte keinen ausreichenden Kleiderschrank

Lieu charmant, calme et authentique pour découvrir Londres
Pros:

La réactivité et le professionnalisme de l équipe, en particulier la responsable de l’accueil.
La qualité des petits déjeuners.
La jolie décoration de cet hotel victorien entièrement refait à neuf.
La localisation, hyper pratique.

Cons:

La hauteur des marches pour accéder au 3eme étage..l’ascenseur était en panne lors de notre arrivée. Sans certitude pour la reparation, nous avons pu changer de chambre avec de l’aide pour le port de nos bagages.Sans cette panne, notre séjour aurait été qualifié d’excellent.L’ascenseur a été réparé dès le lendemain.

Einfaches aber gutes Hotel an super Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - zwei Metro-Stationen sind in kurzer Gehdistanz und das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönen und relativ ruhigen Quartier. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock nach hinten raus und es war sehr ruhig. Der Empfang ist ständig besetzt und die Mitarbeitenden waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag konnten wir das Gepäck problemlos deponieren. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und war auch nötig, da es trotz kühlen Aussentemperaturen im Zimmer sehr warm war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr klein, auch wenn wir ein Superior-Zimmer hatten. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls recht eng, wobei die Dusche ziemlich geräumig war. Was mich störte war, dass es im Bad keine Klobürste hatte. Preis / Leistung war ok - ist halt London...

There was some noise (from ventilation or sth like that) outside the window and the water came from air condition when I turn it on. Could be more veggies for breakfast.
