Clean, friendly and close to the Cbd
Pros:

The Oaks horizon is a great place to stay for a trip to Adelaide. Very central and walking distance to most places of interested around the Cbd. It was very clean, The staff very friendly and very accomodating

Cons:

For us it is the fact the room gets very warm and stuffy, with only a sliding glass door to let air in, but the traffic noise is Problem to leave it open. The air conditions works but keeping it to a even temperature was difficult. Other than that i feel the beds are ln't greatly comfortable and the pillows are either to hard or too soft, so sleeping isnt as great as it could be. Sleeping g on the couch was more comfortable

Fine. Good price. Just a few things let it down.
Pros:

Location. Good parking options. Friendly staff.

No hot water for a day. Keys didn't work for a day. Construction noise and zero view.

Not a great experience at all!
Pros:

location was great. staff where helpful. the lovely young lady did help where she could.

Cons:

we booked this hotel in advance.
we arrived at the hotel. we were told the lift was out of service. had to use the emergency stairs to access the lobby, without luggage and items.
there were construction works at the hotel; it was a very uncomfortable experience at the hotel. my partner tripped and fell down the emergency stairs; it is very unsafe to use the stairs daily. i wish we knew ahead of the lift and works carried out. we would have rather been refunded and stayed at a different place. the room was very run down, dryer over heated. the strips on the flooring where loose and cut my toe on it. not a great experience at all.

Close to hospital
Pros:

Close to Tram & Royal Adelaide Hospital. Spacious, balcony was nice. Being able to wash my clothes in the room. Kitchen with dishwasher.
Spa bath in room. The breakfast voucher was awesome!

Cons:

Dryer was inefficient & soooo loud. I ran it for 3hrs & my clothes still weren't dry. Shower over bath is always a bit of a safety hazard.

Pros:

The pool and sauna were a real bonus.

Cons:

Check in and check out were both very slow.
I didn't see anyone book in smoothly. Lots of searching on the computer for lost bookings or not recognising pre payment had been taken etc.
