Great location. Large rooms.
My room was near a car park where people congregated which wasn't ideal with noise & music. There was also construction work going on which was noisy at times.
The location was perfect for a conference at the Convention Centre.
When I checked in there was some noisy building work happening, really loud. However the wonderful reception manager offered me another room.
Great location, great breakfast, easy check in. Staff could be a bit more friendly. It's nice when people greet you with a smile and make some type of conversation with you. Rooms are spacious and have everything. Great price for what you get.
Some of the fittings could be updated.
The staff member who checked me in was amazing considering that booking.com lost my booking. They went over and above to ensure that I could still check in and stay at the hotel, even tho they were at capacity
Convenient location, comfortable space. 2 bedrooms, spa, great value for a kid’s slumber party.

Bed very hard and can feel the 2 single bed joins
Shower quite mouldy, floor stained with black marks and should have come off with a scrub. Lots of white calcium stains in shower.
Ridiculous to find hotel carpark and after 2 phone calls them found the lift did not work. Had to lug luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs and paid $40 days xtra for that. Could get Valet parking at hotel doors down for same price.
