Very comfortable, excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

It was very comfortable with plenty of room. I enjoyed the spa bath in my room. The location was excellent as was the included breakfast at the Coffee Club two doors down the road. I did not use the laundry facilities but it was great to have them there and the kitchen had all that I needed although I could not work out how to start the stove/oven. Fortunately the microwave was enough.
I did not use the gym, pool, spa and sauna facilities this time but will in the future.

Cons:

A microwave dish for heating/cooking food would have been appreciated and a breadboard for cutting things up is needed. Also perhaps oven instructions would be handy. I do not have an electric oven at home so do not know if I was too quick to decide the hotplate was not heating or if you needed to do some other manoeuvre to start it.
The temperature is set at 22 degrees but it felt cooler and I needed an extra blanket which the staff supplied the next day. Maybe leave one in the room as someone else asked for one at the same time as me.

Great location breakfast was served it a different building and limited.
Pros:

Fantastic location great size room good value, breakfast was included room size was excellent.

Cons:

The room had no natural light it looked straight into a multi-story car park.
I feel the price reflected that. the Breakfast was served it Coffee club in the Oaks sister hotel a few buildings down.
Parking was originally difficult to find.

Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend
Pros:

Very lovely two bedroom apartment. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. With separate kitchen and lounge. Great views over North Terrace. Breaks was included needed to walk to Oaks Embassy but well worth the Two minute walk. Exceptional value breakfast. Carprk was an extra cost but again secured parking.

Will recommend to others and we will book again
Pros:

Clean and tidy apartment. Loved the balcony area. Air conditioner worked well. Close to Adelaide Oval, Rundle Mall, train station and lots of restaurants

Cons:

Noisy neighbours, with doors being slammed am in the morning.

The foyer counter staff are friendly, informative with my many questions during the busy rush at check in time.
Awesome one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, full sized fridge/freezer was a great convenience to cook bacon and eggs for breaky on the balcony.
Bathroom spa bath awesomely relaxing.
