The accommodations were okay but I will not stay there next year for the backyard brawl tournament.
Pros:

Location and hotel were nice. Staff was nice (except the cook)

Cons:

Staff should have prepared better for the booked hotel that was full of wrestlers and families. They had one cook for at least 10 to 15 people at a time. Also the fact that my booking said that breakfast was included. I was a little mad when I had to be told that it was $14 a purse. Because it was so busy in there, nobody could wait to have breakfast made because the cook was only taking one order at a time and was very rude.

Pros:

There was no cleaning service even after we saw housekeeping in front of our doors and asked for extra towels that morning. We arrived late at night with unmade beds and no clean towels. We asked for towels twice in a row and we were asked to go downstairs and pick them up

This hotel is not well managed. The lobby and the room was dirty.
Pros:

Good location. Right off the interstate.

Disappointed for a Hilton, not worth the price at all!!
Cons:

First room we were given already had guests in it. Which was awful and embarrassing to walk in on other people. The bathroom was not clean, hair in wall and floor, dust balls and food crumbs all over the floor.
Also, the room smelled like dogs.
The front desk person was nice, but more worried about eating her bag of potato chips and drinking her Coke. Their computer system was down so they hand notes about which rooms were available and it wasn’t working. She had to keep calling her boss and bosses boss to figure out their “system”.

I loved the entrance and the operation of the breakfast kitchen.

Cons:

I booked my stay through booking.com and when I tried checking in the front desk lady said I hadn't paid. I had my confirmation number and emails. She said I actually need to see your receipt. It took me 35 minutes to find the receipt because I had paid for this stay back on February 28, 2026 and this was on June 25, 2026. My opinion, the communication between booking.com and Hilton Garden Hotels should be better to prevent this from happening again.
Also the refrigerator was horribly iced over and out bed skirting was filthy

Don’t stay by elevator
Pros:

Clean, nice staff

Cons:

Room right next to elevator and all night the “dinging” kept us up. Every few minutes, walls are thin.
