Delicioso el Desayuno Buffet, la piscina temperada, el Gimnasio, Buena Ubicacion.
Solicite una habitación matrimonial, después de que la pedí, me dieron 2 camas individuales, en la misma habitación, el baño estaba sucio con orina y papel higiénico, por lo que esa pieza no la limpiaron.
Solicite que me ayudaran, me cambiaron a otra pieza pero de igual manera con 2 camas individuales

No tiene televisión con plataformas como Netflix o prime… hay solo en el bar . La atención en el bar para almorzar o cenar es lenta y no muy amable
El tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno y el uso de la tarjeta de habitación para subir en el ascensor
La habitación requiere mayor alajamiento, el inodoro del baño es muy ruidoso, la atención de recepción es muy lenta por falta de personal, el estacionamiento es estrecho, es para vehículos medianos o chicos

Que la taza de baño se encontrará separada del baño completo.
Espacios acogedores, bien decorados y una atención muy acogedora. La ubicación es bastante buena, con algunos negocios las 24 horas para poder comprar algo de comida de emergencia.
El restaurante es un poco lento en la atención. Es bueno pero lento. Nada más que pueda criticar.

Entre los servicios prometidos incluía TV con Netflix y no fue así. Pedimos cambio de habitación y tampoco tenían. No nos dieron ninguna compensación. El desayuno era muy básico de opciones y de baja calidad. La zona de la piscina no incluía suficientes reposeras, eran solo 3 mientras.
