Not pleasant
Pros:

Would not use the hotel again.

Cons:

No breakfast. Front desk manager woke me up at 7 am telling me to leave.
Paid on Booking .com previous night on my card. I arrived at 1 am and only slept 6 hours and got a very rude manager telling me she didn’t see my reservation. I showed her the confirmation from my phone. Her system was having issues with Booking .com even thought $250 was taken from my card.

If you just need a place to stay it will work

"I had a wonderful one-week stay at this hotel in Santa Barbara! I stayed in room 328, and the facilities were great and everything was very clean. I especially want to praise Sara at the front desk. She was so helpful and kind, assisting me with all my questions. Highly recommend!"

Find another option for the money
Pros:

There was coffee, tea, and packaged snacks (muffins, fruit bars, and instant oatmeal) available in the morning. Room comes with a mini kitchen, and staff provides items like silverware and bowls/toaster to use. Hotel has a spacious parking, and conveniently located near highway.

Cons:

Room had a smell of mildew or something terrible. Sheets didn't feel clean, and so the rest of the room. Beds are not mounted to the floor and move around which almost caused an injury.

The staff was very nice. That was the only thing I could say good about this place.

Cons:

1. Hotel smelled “musty” on entry
2. Turned the heater on, instantly the smell of something burning, smoke smell, had to turn off was causing me to cough excessively
3. There was no shampoo, just a 50 cent size soap bar
4. Mattress was thin and bed was made with a sheet and a thin blanket, felt very old and used
5. Outlets are few, one sparked when plugging in charger, one outlet was damaged looked like I fire waiting to happen
6. Light next to bed did not work
7. Sink in bathroom was very slow to drain and had particles floating when backing up
8. The floor was sticky when walking barefoot
9. The card reader was very temperamental to open
