Cons:

We hadden een deluxe kamer met kingsize bed geboekt, maar bij aankomst kregen we een hele andere kamer. Blijkbaar was er zonder dat we dit wisten een downgrade door overboeking en kon de aardige man achter de receptie dit niet aanpassen. Ik heb meteen gemaild om te vragen of we een deel van ons geld terug konden krijgen, maar nog geen reactie op gekregen helaas. We slapen bijna nooit in een hotel, dus dan is het extra jammer als een andere kamer krijgt dan je hebt geboekt.

Pros:

Great location, 10mins or so from metro station that takes you straight into the heart of Amsterdam.
Parking is very handy.
Rooms are a great size and value.
Front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

Whole corridor smelt like cannabis upon arrival but once the windows of the room were open it was fine.
Thin walls so you could hear the other people around & knocking on doors but nothing too worrisome.
