Die Kaffeemaschine am Morgen beim Frühstück war toll. ich habe tatsächlich gut geschlafen in dem Bett. Man konnte auch deutsches Fernsehen schauen und das fand ich ja toll. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der eigenen Tiefgarage, war auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Die Metro war auch nicht so weit weg.

Cons:

Tatsächlich, dass man keine kostenlose Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer hat, zum Beispiel auch kein Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war okay.. Die Säfte waren durchsichtig wie Wasser, aber Auswahl gab es beim Aufschnitt und den Brötchen und dem Joghurt und mit Milch auf jeden Fall.
Wir haben für eine Nacht um die 345€ gezahlt, wo rauskam, dass Harry Styles dort spielen würde. Nachher also kurz bevor unser Aufenthalt los ging dort, sind die Preise deutlich niedriger gewesen mit Frühstück sogar. Also Preis fand ich so gesehen ein wenig teuer für 2 Personen.

Bad. I know it is budget hotel. But I would expect some compensation or bear minimum clean, not broken window accessible

Lobby, safe, elevator, staff, near metro

Cons:

Dirty room used capsule in coffee machine, broken window (cannot be closed properly), hotel was hard to access as pedestrian, sidewalk blocked by car at parking spot so we had to go over the road, hotel exposed my GDPR and payment card to scammer and these scammers refund my payment, so I had to pay it again 1day before cancelation of reservation, scammers also contacted me through official canals and booking.

Das nächste Mal lieber mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und ein anderes Hotel.
Pros:

Außerhalb aber 20 min.
Gehzeit zur nächsten Tram-Haltestelle.
Bis Cental-Station weitere 10 min.

Cons:

Hotel nicht mehr aktueller Stand.
Einrichtung wie auch Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen ist das Geld definitiv nicht Wert !

The misleading cost means we will not book again with Bastian Hotels.

This is a complaint that I hope will be forwarded to the management of the Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Amstel. My daughter and I stayed at your hotel two nights April 25 and 26. Our reservation code was 5570545956. We booked our stay on February 5th, 2026 based on the prices on your website. Upon our arrival back to Canada we realized you over charged us just under $200 more for our stay than was on your website when we booked. This was very unfair and misleading. We are requesting that you make this right with us.
