Phatlha ruined the whole experience for us, so we didn’t really enjoy our stay there
Pros:

The outside view is very refreshing and also their breakfast

Cons:

We were almost scammed upon arrival by the receptionist called Phatlha. We had booked a double bed sized room that is spacious and he sent us to a very small room and lied that the room we had needed maintenance

The place is beautiful. The rooms are well sized and clean

Cons:

The TV's are extremely old. Had to request a new TV to watch a Soccer Game. Really needs and urgent upgrade considering one is paying so much. Not all Rooms are equipped with Bar Fridges, you need to request one and if other rooms aren't utilising it they will bring it to you

Expectations not met..
Pros:

Checking-in was easy.
The room was spacious

Cons:

Not enough ventilation, which makes rooms stuffy.
The shower over bath is a bad idea
The room is large enough, I wish it had a mini bar and microwave.

Food was basic for a Southern Sun hotel. The dinner buffet is terrible. Not worth the price.

Some of the staff members need training on hospitality, don't just employ without training.

Terrible Room Oudour
Pros:

The staff were excellent and did what they could, but the smell in the rooms and passages was simply unacceptable. It felt as though the carpets or flooring needed a deep clean or replacement. I hope management addresses this issue because the unpleasant odour overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Our first room had a very strong, damp, musty smell, so we asked reception if we could move. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they changed our room without any issues. Unfortunately, the second room smelled exactly the same.

The next morning, as the cleaners opened the room doors and guests were checking out, the smell throughout the passage became even stronger. It was overwhelming. By then my nose was completely blocked, and I felt nauseous and even vomited during our drive home.
