Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut la Hotel Monte Carmelo. Camera a fost spațioasă, modernă și frumos amenajată. Personalul a fost amabil și profesionist, iar micul dejun variat și gustos. Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, pe un bulevard cu magazine și supermarketuri în apropiere, ceea ce este un mare avantaj.

Ca sugestii de îmbunătățire, mi-ar fi plăcut ca restaurantul să fie deschis și la prânz, nu doar începând cu ora 19:00, iar barul ar putea avea o ofertă mai variată.

Aspectul care m-a deranjat cel mai mult a fost zgomotul făcut de personalul de curățenie. Ușile camerelor erau trântite frecvent, iar sticlele din minibar erau zgomotoase în timpul curățeniei. Într-una dintre zile am rămas la hotel o parte din zi și nu am reușit să mă odihnesc deloc din cauza zgomotului. Cred că o atenție mai mare la acest aspect ar îmbunătăți semnificativ experiența oaspeților.

Per total, am avut o experiență bună și aș recomanda hotelul pentru confort, amplasare și amabilitatea personalului.

This location is great for Féria
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quite clean, four great pillows, good AC (I used a blanket at night), decent breakfast buffet with jamon, cava and fresh orange juice. 5-7 min-ish walk to Mercadona

Cons:

My room was quite small, about 17 sq meters, and it’s not a room in the ad picture. If you choose a standard double you’d probably get a much smaller room than you imagine. It’s okay for one person but I’d choose something else for two travelers. The hotel itself is situated closer to the Los Remedios and Triana neighborhoods so it’ll probably be good for Féria.
But I’d choose something else closer to the city center for a summer visit if I knew better
