Review Highlights

Pros:
Exceptional central location (near Louvre, Tuileries, Musée d’Orsay)
Friendly, attentive staff
Clean and comfortable rooms with comfy beds
Good breakfast options and pleasant common areas
Perceived very good value for money
Cons:
Rooms and bathrooms are often quite small; toilets can be tiny
In some rooms the toilet layout/dooring is inconvenient (glass door doesn’t fully close)
Elevator issues – noisy and/or long waits
Uneven stairs in the period property

Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Repeated mentions of very clean rooms and well-maintained common areas (e.g., 'muy limpio', 'clean, comfortable'); overall cleanliness is a clear positive though some notes about recent refits and small bathrooms.
Service
8.9
Many comments praise warm, welcoming and helpful staff across languages ('personale cortese', 'Funcionários muito atenciosos', 'staff were warm, welcoming'); service is consistently highlighted as a strength.
Location
9.2
Almost universally praised as 'exceptional' and 'perfect base' in the heart of Paris, close to Louvre, Tuileries, Musée d’Orsay and many cafés — location is a standout feature.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as comfortable with comfy beds and attractive decoration, but multiple reviews note very small rooms and tiny toilets; some suites have glazing/door issues for toilets, lowering the score.
Amenities
8.4
Good basic amenities mentioned (A/C, elevator, luxurious bathroom products, cellar area for breakfast) but some practical problems noted (noisy lift, uneven stairs) so amenities are solid but not flawless.
Value for Money
9
Several reviewers explicitly state excellent value ('felt extremely good value', 'Super recomendo', 'Nota 1000'), indicating strong perceived value for the price/location.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast receives positive comments ('lovely', 'nice choice of options', 'Uitgebreid ontbijt'), though F&B is not the main focus of most reviews — generally favorable.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is very positive with many guests recommending the hotel and noting a wonderful stay, balanced by occasional practical negatives (small bathrooms, lift noise).
