Cómodos y felices!
Pros:

La ubicación excelente,el personal del hotel muy amables y atentos. El hotel te regala dos botellas de agua mineral al llegar y la posibilidad de recargarlas. Además,podés tomar un café delicioso a cualquier hora. Te guardan el equipaje luego del check out. Impecable,gracias!

Comfortable! I highly recommend it
Pros:

Excellent location! This was one of my favorite things about Krisotel. The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated that they offered complimentary water and coffee at any time.

Cons:

I don't have negative or constructive feedback. Everything was good.

Nice location. No leg room
Pros:

The Location. Easy check in, friendly staff.

Cons:

Very small room, especially the bathroom - the toilet gave little to no leg room. The room itself was incribly small - and the view was of a dried out drainage... basin?

Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung
Pros:

Ein gepflegtes 3-Sterne-Hotel in zentraler Lage – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Amsterdam sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch eine Tramhaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe.

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und wurde durch frisches Obst ergänzt.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ok....not likely to return.
Pros:

The rate we paid was so high for what was delivered. It is a functional room/space but nothing special. The beds are fine if you like a very firm mattress.

Cons:

Customer service was basic to say the least. Both guys that we met at the front desk were doing the bare minimum. One was friendly, the other made zero effort. Breakfast was good but not included and overpriced. I left feeling ripped off to be honest.
