Lovely staff, great location, consider upgrades.
Pros:

Staff was great! Clean room, ok beds, ok pillows. Plenty of towels upon request! Helpful to have attached restaurant, though businesses were separate. Quick walk to bus stop. Longer walk to metro, though the bus stops at metro anyway.

Cons:

Was not informed at check in that our “free parking” would be congested with event parking. We had to park near the construction zone at the back, and our car was covered with dirt and debris the next morning. Not cool. A tile broke at bottom of bathroom door jam, first day. Not convenient to fix, so I told them at checkout. Lighting at sink & cosmetic mirror was poor for getting ready, morning or evening. Was locked out of building, due to a broken door mechanism at the outside pool, which was padlocked. Luckily, someone saw me moments later. Otherwise, I would have been stuck there without an exit option.

The location, the staff, the room

Cons:

That the breakfast was not included. It was expensive.
I wasn’t convinced the indoor pool and gym were very clean. The key cards did not work.

Nous en avons eu pour notre argent!
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix était très bon ! Le personnel est professionnel et courtois. La possibilité de laisser la voiture sur place lors de notre dernière journée, meme si nous n'avions plus la chambre, fut très apprécié !

Cons:

Les commodités désuetes.
Par exemple :
La télé de la chambre non intelligente.
La piscine extérieure n'était pas très attirante (eau brouille qui manquait d'entretien).

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant le premier soirs, trois messieurs attendaient puis sont partis car personne ne leur avait répondu. Nous avons attendu un peu plus et toujours personne n’est venu au moins nous prévenir qu’ils nous avaient vus.


Notre chambre près du distributeur de glace était très très bruyante, manque cruellement insonorisation!

Boa, mas poderia ser melhor com café da manhã incluído.
Pros:

Eu gostei do quarto, é bem limpo. E as camas são limpas e confortáveis. Gostei do fato de ter um freezer e uma cafeteira. A localização do hotel também é muito boa. Logo em frente tem um ponto de ônibus e a estação de trem mais próxima é só 15 minutos andando.

Cons:

Eu não gostei do fato de estar em um hotel 4 estrelas e não ter café da manhã incluído no valor da hospedagem. Você consegue encontrar hotéis com menos estrelas no centro de Nova Iorque, por um preço mais barato e que servem um café da manhã incluso no valor e de excelente qualidade. Não entendo o porquê de um hotel com 4 estrelas não ter. Por isso não acho que tenha sido um bom custo-benefício no fim das contas.
