It was a nice hotel in a good location for the Grand Prix
Pros:

It was in a good location near the metro and near a supermarket which was very useful for getting food to take into the Grand Prix

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We were offered daily maid service at no extra chage and we took advantage of this. On-site restaurant was delicious and convenient. Free parking! Close proximity to subway station

Decent location but needs renovations.
Pros:

Room was too old, need updates, carpet was ripped at entry of bathroom.

Cons:

sofas were very old, cabinets in bathroom were water damaged and wrinkled. SHower faucet in Jacuzzi was not workign and was not fixed despite informing reception.

HORRIBLE! AVOID! GO ELSEWHERE!

THIS HOTEL LACKS BASIC MAINTENANCE! It has things malfunctioning, breaking and god knows what else all over in all rooms!

OFFERS NO BREAKFAST (included)

UNTRAINED/UNCARING STAFF! There has been an instance of a housekeeping lady just BARGING INTO THE ROOM using her master key WITHOUT KNOCKING! This was AFTER the room had been serviced! It was an absolute INVASION of privacy!

BAD LOCATION! There is absolutely nothing of any use to a tourist near this hotel. Just about any place a tourist needs to visit is SO FAR from this hotel and you HAVE TO take a cab and spend atleast 20 mins (No traffic) and 30+ mins(traffic) in a cab!

ROOMS ARE IN A MISERABLE CONDITION AND NEED IMMEDIATE RENOVATION! The hotel rooms of this hotel are more outdated than a hotel room of the 90s!
I have been HARASSED by this hotel!
AC of room 1 (737) BROKE DOWN! Had to change room at 4am!
Room 2 offered in replacement of room 1.
The DOOR of room 2 (111) FELL FROM HINGES the next day!
