Great value and safe.
Pros:

Cheap, safe, rooms are clean and basic.

Cons:

Filthy carpets in the halls and stairs. Literally no vacuuming done for months probably! The rooms however are clean as is the entrance.

Pros:

The entrance was clean and the parking lot was ok. The staff were friendly. The price was exceptional. The rooms were clean and basic.

Cons:

It always looks like they have not vacuumed the carpets on the main stairs and hallways, for months. Literally they do not vacuum them. The room floors are clean but the hallways are gross.

Es war gut zu finden

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sauber, Haare in Dusche, auf Nachtschrank. Laminat sehr schlecht verlegt mit großen Lücken im Boden. Alles unterstes Niveau und sehr heruntergekommen!

Great room for a great price.
Pros:

The location was great. The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean.

NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:

It was cheap and had at least a very small somewhat working fridge. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and utilized unsafe practices. They refused to provide adequate documentation for payments taken or deposit policies as required by law. The staff also announced my room number loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear and couldn't/wouldn't change it when confronted about the safety risk. The manager wasn't much more help, though they did finally give me more documentation such as an invoice for the actual cost of my stay, but still ZERO information about their deposit policy. I can only hope that they are actually going to give me back my deposit, which they make up amounts for on the fly depending on if they like the look of you.

The facilities description says that they are disability accessible, the room I booked even said it was disability accessible, but it was NOT accessible in any way other than via rickety stairs with uneven heights. There wasn't even a coffee machine or access to a water fountain or ice cubes or anything in the room.
