It was convenient for location to downtown, but I wouldn't stayed there again!
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. We experienced the juice machine needed to be checked out due to it was watery and other guests I heard complaining about it

The location was good and we did appreciate it was close by for other nearby places/attractions to get to.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the bathroom they need to improve it better.. it smelled of urine, bathtub was dirty, etc...

1 night stay to visit Falls
Pros:

Free and available parking, they allowed us to use it even couple of hours after check out

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner, rooms’ equipment is old, hotel needs a redecoration. The area around the hotel was pretty sketchy—it was in a rough neighborhood. Several abandoned houses around - did not feel fully safe.
