The view from the terrace of pool harbour and the sunsets were amazing
Had 3 different rooms first one next to kitchen extractor very noisy, second room air not working, breakfast staff standing talking had to clear table ourselves both days
Rooms clean comfortable well furnished. Staff helpful and friendly. Meals lovely. View fantastic.

My room was lovely and big with a stunning view over to Brownsea Island.

The staff were exceptional. Particularly, Rachel, Grace, and Toby and also the receptionist. We also liked the ability to use the facilities of the other two hotels.
The steep climb up the Hill to the hotel. Also the dinning menu lacked in variation.

No room service. Covid is over and it would be nice to have room service. No newspapers.

I think the furniture in the room was dated albeit wood even a high polish might help the fridge was not working and there were no shelves in it room service did not check the tea and coffee so my husband had to go and get fresh milk in the morning

The evening meal menu. Very limited. Risotto was awful. Chicken was undercooked, so we had to wait for another dish to be prepared.. Not acceptable. Staff leaving used dirty plates on the table.. Not attentive enough to needs of diners. - water was not placed on table after being adked for at the beginning of the meal.Not enough staff.

Superb cooked breakfasts to order in the mornings. Dinner in the evening was excellent. Quality ingredients.
Pianist on Saturday evening was perfect for dinner.
DJ on the terrace was nice touch and gave a good relaxed vibe. We had a fabulous stay for our anniversary and staff made it special for us.
We enjoyed lovely walks along Sandbanks beaches all in close proximity to the hotel.
The air-conditioning was difficult to regulate, it didn't seem to stay on, that could just have been us though!
Rooms probably need a refresh of decor along with the bathroom. Power shower was excellent though, Aqualisa always good choice.
