Worth staying for families. Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great property! Breakfast was great. Family room was good that it was so close to side exit/street access. Pools were nice also. But have to be quick to get a pool lounge.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We loved our deluxe room, the gardens, the staff, the location, the amazing breakfast. The fact there is a kids pool separated from the pool for adults with a swim up bar.

Cons:

The other thing and its a tiny thing is that at the 16+ pool there is 2 types of music playing in a small area. The pool bar has nice music playing and the bar by the pool has something else so when you are lying by the pool its hard to listen. To one or other.

A great stay in a perfect location
Pros:

The location, staff, breakfast and hotel grounds. We had a delux garden bungalow which was perfect. Gardens and grounds are perfectly maintained. All staff were awesome n so friendly. Loved the squirrel feeding and fish feeding. Massages were awesome and very professional. Directly across the road from the beach. Very short distance to restaurants/markets, mini marts etc

Cons:

Not enough staff around the pool areas to order drinks and food. They need to implement a buzzer or QR code so one can order from sitting areas or pool/bar/pool lounge areas.
Need to implement salt/pepper and sugar on every table at breakfast as it was very rare to find and staff also had to try and find it. Dont like that espresso coffee/ice coffee etc is an extra charge as one pays enough for a buffet breakfast

Stay generally was excellent highlighted by a great pool but a poor breakfast for the price paid.
Pros:

The swimming pool for kids was excellent. THe general set out of the whole complex was very good as were all the staff.

Cons:

For the price, the breakfast was very ordinary. Coffee, you had to pay for unless it was a house brew. Around the pool, the price charged for an ice cream for kids was ridiculously expensive. The rooms always had mossies flying around. Rooms did not have tooth paste and brush available unless you asked for it. It seemed that all the little things that matter in a resort were missing,which to me was a"penny pinching".

Best resort from location to staff and facilities. 3rd time staying and never disappoints.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, great choice options for everyone. Frangapani pool area was amazing. Rooms were great. Staff great. Special mention to " Gus " . He made us feel so welcome and like family. Location was perfect.

Pool was great for the kids, live music one band in particular was really good. Location was also good

Cons:

That the hotel couldn't organise us a driver to fit our family of 4 but luggage and surfboards in, so we had to get two separate taxis.
Also didn't love were the family suites were right at back of property

Cons:

My room didnt include breakfast which i was ok with, but the one day I decided to get breakfast i was treated like I was trying to take it free, when I told the lady on entry my room number and expected to pay. They sent someone to my table saying you must pay for breakfast, said I told you my room to put bill on... anyway it made me feel sad like I was being accused of trying to have breakfast free.
Also I booked a garden room, but really I was overlooking the main driveway and entry gate, with a little hedge as "garden". It was noisy.

Pros:

The location and close proximity to everything, comfy beds, clean rooms and the food at the restaurant was really good as was the breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast only available at 7am. Would be great to have it earlier at 6 or 630am which is consistent with most of the hotels we visit

Good location, close to centre. Great staff and facilities poor room location making it hard to sleep due to loud music.

Close to town, great facilities, wonderful staff

Cons:

Our room was on the side facing the street, we had music blasting from pub until 12am every night. Was very loud and made it very hard to sleep. The lift only went to level 4 and we were on level 5, made it hard to get suitcase down for check out.
