Great place to enjoy Venice and Beach
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlanta Augustus. Having traveled for many years, I could immediately tell that this hotel is incredibly well-kept and that the staff pays excellent attention to cleanliness.

The location is perfect—situated in a wonderfully quiet area away from the main strip, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. Despite the peaceful setting, it is incredibly convenient: just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the vaporetto station, and only about a 10 minute walk to the public beach (meaning there is absolutely no need to pay for a private beach club!).

The free breakfast was great. There was a good variety every morning, always featuring several choices of cheeses, deli meats, fresh fruits, and breads, alongside yogurt and boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, and juices were also fully provided. The dining area was well airconditioned and you can also have it in the patio outside. What made breakfast even better were the ladies working the morning shift; they were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming.

The only minor detail was that my room had almost no air conditioning. However, it featured a Juliet balcony, so I simply kept the windows open all day long to enjoy the fresh breeze, which I actually prefer anyway.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Cons:

It could have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
