Beautiful and comfortable stay

Mostly Everything, lovely welcome and great views, comfortable accommodation!

Cons:

Small complaint.. We were given free complimentary bottle of wine on arrival already in our room. Didn’t like that a tiny box of complimentary chocolate was put in our room while we were out.. nice offer but just weird entering our room after we left to go out for such a small gesture.. also didn’t like we were charged $4.80 from our bond for a small bottle of water from the mini bar. Yet given alcohol and chocolate for free.

Pros:

I loved everything about the Hotel. Can't fault it at all. Great location, Great beds & pillows. Fantastic staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Old, overpriced, dissapointing

Pool was great. View was great

Cons:

The rooms were exceptionally old. We had a TV that was atleast 20 years old with no connectivity to streaming services so couldn't watch netflix etc. Had to purchse 1 x movie for $20. I complained and had the charge reversed. Toilet was very old, shower head was like it was out of a old hotel. We expected much better been a Crown accomodation but were dissapointed. For the money we should have gone elsewhere, heaps better options, more updated for a lot less $$$
