Good for disabled people
Pros:

My request to be near a lift, as my friend and I are disabled, was accommodated. The room was easy to get around in (I've got cerebral palsy), the bathroom and shower were fantastic, the beds were very comfortable, and we both slept well. The carpark security guard, Anton, who helped us get to the carpark bit of the hotel, was so lovely and amazing. Also Harry, the night manager, is a deadset legend

Cons:

The minibar and hotel information aren't printed in the room. Not everyone wants to try and work out the TV, to get information that could be printed on 1 piece of paper. The price we pay on bookings.com and the price we actually pay at the hotel are different,

Pros:

The view was great

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold. Ask for an extra blanket we were very cold all night even with the heater on which took three hours to warm up the room. $200 bond which I have yet to get back

Pros:

Location, room size, able to meet our request for adjoining rooms. Room very clean, great views.

Cons:

Took a number of requests prior to arrival and on arrival for concierge to respond to requests. No complimentary bottled water and WiFi capped. For price of accommodation, I would have thought these basics would be included

We arrived to the hotel. Tried to take a shower to find that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower because they hadn’t refilled it. The bathroom was dusty and aged. We tried the buffet breakfast. Coffee cups were all still dirty. Very bad
