העובדים בקבלה היו מקסימים, המקום היה נקי ומסודר. החדר היה גדול והבריכה הייתה נחמדה מאוד. מאוד קרוב לשדה התעופה

Pros:

A hotel remek helyen, csendes környéken található. A repülőtér 10 percnyi autóútra, a központ negyedórányi sétára van, a Kastella Beach 5 perc alatt elérhető. (A strandon 7,5 euróért 2 nyugágyat és egy napernyőt lehet bérelni)
A hotel tiszta és rendezett, a szobákat naponta takarítják, az ágyneműt három naponta cserélik. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, a szobák pedig kellően tágasak. Minihűtő 5 euró/nap áron bérelhető, ha valaki esetleg vízforralót is szeretne, az 25 euróért megteheti. (Ebből 20 eurót visszaadnak a kicsekkoláskor) A medence vize nagyon kellemes, a bárban pedig széles a választék :) Mi félpanzióra fizettünk be, és nem bántuk meg. A reggeli rendszerint kontinentális volt, a vacsora pedig napi menü alapján készült. A menü mellé minden alkalommal kínáltak gyümölcsöt, olykor süteményt is.
A személyzet nagyon barátságos, mosolygós, minden kérésünket teljesítették. Jó döntés volt, hogy a Cactust választottuk, felejthetetlen napokat töltöttünk a hotelben, és remek embereket ismertünk meg.
Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni, ha Larnacaban járunk.

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας από το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική, όχι λόγω των εγκαταστάσεων, αλλά λόγω του τρόπου με τον οποίο η διεύθυνση διαχειρίστηκε ένα σοβαρό περιστατικό.

Αντί να εξεταστούν αντικειμενικά όλα τα γεγονότα και να ακουστούν όλες οι πλευρές, διατυπώθηκαν δημόσια κατηγορίες, προσωπικοί χαρακτηρισμοί και αυθαίρετες υποθέσεις, παρουσιάζοντάς τες ως γεγονότα, χωρίς να προηγηθεί ουσιαστική διερεύνηση.

Πιστεύουμε ότι κάθε επαγγελματικός χώρος φιλοξενίας οφείλει να λειτουργεί με ουδετερότητα, σεβασμό, επαγγελματισμό και αμεροληψία απέναντι σε όλους τους επισκέπτες του. Δυστυχώς, η δική μας εμπειρία έδειξε το αντίθετο.

Για τον λόγο αυτό, δεν θα επιλέγαμε να επιστρέψουμε και δεν θα συστήναμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, ιδιαίτερα σε οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, καθώς θεωρούμε ότι η αντικειμενική διαχείριση περιστατικών και η αίσθηση ασφάλειας για τις οικογένειες είναι εξίσου σημαντικές με τις ίδιες τις εγκαταστάσεις.

לא נותנים מגבות לבריכה! צריך להביא מהבית אפילו לא את אלא שנותנים לחדר! או לקנות מהם! וכשביקשתי מגבת חדשה למקלחת נאמר לי שלא נותנים רק אחרי 3 ימים.. הזוי אני חוזרת מטיולים אני רוצה מגבת נקייה להתקלח ולא . שירות נוראי!!!!!!

A one time stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

There was a musty smell throughout the lobby area, one of the doors to one of the rooms we booked was difficult to open and close, and the breakfast was not tasty.

Pros:

Exceeded my expectations.For a 2- star hotel it offers much more.I would give it a 3- star ranking at least: clean, large room and bathroom, very good breakfast , both English and continental , the staff is helpful and the air conditioning works very well
