Spacious but hot room with an unwanted guest.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great neighborhood just a few blocks from a subway stop. The room was quite spacious.

Cons:

They do not have air conditioning, which I can do, but they don’t have fans either. Our room was facing the courtyard so we had no wind either. Thankfully, I brought a couple of handheld fans that I was able to set up near windows to help bring air into the room. The only other issue I had was the cockroach I woke up to my first morning. It was the only one I saw but you just know there are more if there’s one. The building also quite dated, but it was cute.
