Pros:

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Prompt room service, responsive to our needs.

Cons:

The beach was closed and that is why we chose this hotel. The restaurant and bar service was lacking. The food was mediocre.

With the beach being closed it didn’t feel worth the money.
Pros:

For starters great location, aesthetically pleasing, multiple restaurants. Room had all necessities and views from the property were gorgeous. Mostly very friendly staff. Upon check in was greeted with mini bottle of champagne which was nice.

Cons:

Specifically booked this hotel for their private beach which was closed 2/3 days of our stay, will say the beach closing was out of the hotel’s control but they also didn’t offer any discount or accommodation for the main amenities being closed, had to go back and forth with the support staff to have a dinner comped to make up for it. You pay a premium for the private beach, you expect to be able to use it.

The air conditioning in the room although works is very weak.

Some of the staff come across rude/condescending this may have been a language barrier issue but did not feel that way. Pool drink service understaffed would have to wait around 30 minutes for bottled water to arrive.

No where on site to buy toiletries or water/snacks.

La posizione è ottima.
Il servizio è perfetto e la piscina, spiaggia, spa, ecc.. sono pulito e ben tenuti.

Cons:

L’accoglienza non è delle migliori…
Non parlo dello staff all’interno, ma dei parcheggi…
Sia chiaro, non tutti, ma uno in particolare.
Insisteva a parlare in Francese, anche se capiva l’inglese.
