Not very good. Just survived without any incident… thank god
Pros:

Automatic door, security

Cons:

Room was smelling bad due to previous occupant cooking or something else.
No coffee maker in room readily
Breakfast was disappointing… misleading in bookings.com saying full breakfast or regular breakfast. But there was nothing other than coffee.
Please try to mention that as coffee and some snacks ☹️😖

Worth the money.
Pros:

Friendly staff greeted us soon as we walked in.
Rooms were clean!! This was my 8th time staying here, it’s my go to place when I travel from Ohio to Pittsburgh area

Uncomfortable stay. Left before regular checkout. Very disappointed for the price
Cons:

Key would not work. Had to change 3 times and was told it might be the battery on the door. Water for shower was lukewarm. Bed was a mattress on a metal bed frame. A little table to eat at but no chairs- just a recliner and one desk chair. No clock.

Staff at this place are awesome .
Pros:

West Mifflin extended Stay America , was one of the best hotels in the area, every was great, and what stud out the most is the folks that work there, I've stayed the for 3 weeks, and let me tell yiu ,I have not one complaint, the staff at this location was very friendly and professional, Thank you for my pleasant stay April and Heather. I will be back again. When im in town.

Great choice for an extended stay or one night.
Pros:

Not perfect, but generally good. On the plus side the room was very clean with the exception of garbage that was overlooked under the counter in the kitchen area. Helpful and courteous staff. Other than a few very random guests, it's a quiet hotel. Washers, dryers are $3.50 each. Breakfast is very basic, more of a snack, but it's something rather than nothing . A surprise inclusion, considering the price of the rooms. The negatives are housekeeping once every 14 days unless you pay $10 for additional service. If you want towels or linens otherwise, you have to fetch them from the front desk and change the bed yourself. Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery are not in the room. There is some system to obtain the items, but I just brought my own instead. There is road construction in front of the building and getting out of the parking area is a little convoluted, make sure you ask the front desk for directions on leaving to avoid a long detour. I also had an issue with my check in, but it was resolved, and I assume this is not the average experience. Overall I would recommend

The Best Hotel Experience I Ever Had!
Pros:

Hi! I have been here since April 2024 and I can’t say enough how this Hotel has been The BEST Experience of my life!
All the Front Desk Staff and the Maintenance and Cleaning Staff I mean Everyone has been Fantastic!
The Location is Winning the Life Lottery! From Dealing with the dumb house we ended up selling to Stores, Bowling Alleys Restaurants, you can’t get any better than this!
Century Square, Southland, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and SPINS Bowl are All Here!
Streets Run Road ties Pleasant Hills, Baldwin, Hayes and Southside together.
I’ve also had to visit Jefferson Hospital and some had to stay there but this Hotel is SO CLOSE to the Hospital it’s been a Life Saver Literally!
Extended Stay if America West Mifflin has been not just a place to stay, but a Real Home, a Life Experience and I don’t wanna leave!

Heather at front desk was such a help with the transaction for me an my family the hotel is clean free breakfast for me an the kids was great they have washer an dryers an are very accommodating Best play I've stayed this far
