The internals of rooms and bathroom had been refurbished, so very comfortable

We were able to book in last minute due to time delay with our travel and it was very close to the train station.

Aufenthalt war ok, Preis für die Zimmerqualität allerdings gehoben.
Pros:

Großes Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum, Lage auch ok, fußläufig (20 Minuten) in den Stadtkern. Frühstücksbuffet und Bar im Restaurant nebenan gut

Cons:

Fitnessraum öffnet leider erst um 9, Zimmer relativ stickig und trotz geöffnetem Fenster war sehr schlechte Luft im Raum.

Pros:

We loved the location because it is close to all tourist spots. The mountain views from our room is amazing. They upgraded us to a family room which is really great. We got a separate bedroom with a king size bed plus 2 twin size beds. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook our breakfast and brought our lunch.

Mala experiencia . No volveré

El personal que trata de ayudarte en todo momento .

Cons:

No deja de ser un motel de carretera , con lo cual relación calidad precio es cara. La moqueta en la habitación da una sensación de poco limpio. El hervidor de agua se había usado como calentador de agua y daba asco usarlo. Mal aisladas, se oye todo lo de la habitación de al lado . Esta en Jasper pero alejado del centro. Además me hicieron una reserva en mi cuenta del banco de dos veces el precio de la habitación, con lo que eso supone puesto que ha pasado una semana y sigo sin poder disponer de ese dinero, con el inconveniente que esto supone porque es una cantidad importante . La empresa donde alquile el coche , me libero la reserva a las 24h así que problema de mi banco tampoco es . Y en el resto de hoteles durante mi estancia en Canadá esto no me ha pasado, y todos me ha pedido un depósito, salvo en este que además del depósito me ha bloqueado en el banco dos veces el importe de la reserva . No volvería a alojarme, y no lo recomiendo.
