Great place to stay in Jasper
Pros:

The hotel is neat and well maintained. We appreciated the gift and display in the room to celebrate our anniversary. We had a quiet room on the upper level. I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, looking up at the sky. Great restaurant adjacent to hotel.

Cons:

The sauna in men's room, didn't work.
On the edge of town, so a bit of walking to the action in centre of town.

The stay was pleasant for the most part.
Pros:

The location was great for hiking in Jasper National Park. We enjoyed the hot tubs.

Cons:

The little bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not to our liking. The bottles were hard to squeeze the contents from the bottles. The body wash was iritating to my skin. The kitchen only had 2 rather large pots. I recommend having a smaller sized pot.

A comfy, if dated stay with a surprising amount of facilities. Don't let the appearance put you off.
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights here as part of a tour. It doesn't look much from outside, with outdoor balconies and several buildings. The clean rooms are old-fashioned with shower and loo in the bathroom and the sink and vanity actually in the room but we still had plenty of room and the beds were cosy. We turned off the A/c. An in-room safe would have been helpful. However, we made use of the pool and hot tub within our block and then discovered there were two more fenced hot-tubs outside and even saunas to be had, if we'd had time. Deer and elk obviously come to the green outside during the night, if you're interested. The hotel is a little way out of town so glad of the on-site restaurant which was always busy. Jasper is charming.

Pros:

Great location.
Great amenities like sauna ,indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pool.
Suites are great for families i think more hotels should have this layout they have king bed in room and queen bed in living room along with sofa and dining table. Very functional layout.
Jennifer is great host.
Good value for money .
Rooms are clean and spacious.

Last minute availability and lounge were the highlights after a long day travelling.
Pros:

Great location and restaurant/lounge on site.

Cons:

Curtains/shades weren’t great for blocking out outside light. Furniture very worn.

Pros:

Quiet, per friendly, friendly staff.

Cons:

Light ingress to the room from the ground flood lights and the flood light from the building next door. The black out blinds are not effective in this situation.

The building drainage system was inadequate for the rain we recently had here. The drainage doesn't take the water away from the building. Rather, it contains the water close to said building. The SE corner was flooding the shelter as the downspout was emptying into the shelter and surrounding are.
