great location-walkable distance from main spots. parking spots available inside the hotel. very friendly staff and always attentive to make your stay easier and confortable. easy check in and out processes. Internet was ok, although sometimes the signal was weak. Overall, good value.

Tot correcte, molt ben situat i amb personal molt atent. Si hi aneu amb cotxe podeu entrar directament a l'hotel i ells gestionen la temàtica del ZTL.

I had a good night’s rest. The hotel is ideally situated and the check out time was convenient.

Breakfast was good. Wide choice. The hotel is ideally situated close to both the train station, for the airport, and the old part of the city.

Cons:

Hot food at breakfast was cold. Difficult to find tea and no decaf options.

Water problem - stay was not possible - had to find another hotel
Pros:

Due to big water problem, we couldn't stay in the hotel. The hotel did arrange a shuttle service and a room in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and polite.

Cons:

The replacement hotel was too far away from the central location we expected for the one night stay in Pisa despite the shuttle service the hotel offered, so we had to find another hotel last minute.
