Definitely NOT 4 star hotel. More like a 2-3 stars hotel

There was hair underneath the glass on the top of the nightstand. When we entered the room there was a strong chlorine smell.... The shower was in very poor condition. There was mold on the tiles in the shower. I couldn't take a hot shower at about 10 PM because the water was barely warm, actually was cold. The entire atmosfere was that of a lousy 2 star hotel...
