A short walk from the train station, a 15 minute wander to the Leaning Tower, excellent staff!
Pros:

Staff were amazing - very helpful. Gave us recommendations for local restaurants which were excellent and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We visited in a heatwave. The breakfast room / bar did not have very good air conditioning so was a little warm.

Pros:

Hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to literally everywhere including the airport. Breakfast was superb, especially the bruschetta and the pistachio croissants.

Cons:

Nothing of note, would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Pisa

Next time I come to Pisa I’m definitely booking this hotel. It’s in the middle of Pisa central and the leaning tower!
Pros:

Everything was great, the room was clean, had a lot of facilities and the reception were very helpful.
The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

Cons:

The only thing was my bed was just a tad squeaky

A nice hotel, good facilities but let down by the poor aircon
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, really lovely food! It was also very helpful to have the option of booking an airport transfer with the site!

Cons:

Aircon unit was not very strong, so room was quite hot. It was a very warm day so this proved an issue. Bed was OK.

Parking facile d'accès.
Pizza au restaurant de l'hôtel, délicieuses.

Pisa is underrated and so fun - Hotel Bologna was perfectly located to park and walk to sites.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We stayed two different nights (one at beginning of our Italy journey and one at the end). The first room was good. The second was excellent. Location wonderful.

Cons:

Really nothing. The only thing was the instructions for parking was a little confusing. We had to enter a ZTL zone, but they give you a permit. You literally drive up to the front door and turn in a tiny archway to park.

Perfekt für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen im Rahmen einer Rundreise oder eines Städtetrips

Man kommt sich vor wie in einem alten italienischen Film. Die Einrichtung ist sehr klassisch. Offensichtlich nicht die neueste, aber vollkommen ok. Derjenige der uns empfangen hat konnte deutsch und wir haben einen Parkplatz im Innenhof bekommen auf den sogar unser relativ großes Auto gepasst hat. Man muss jedoch seinen Schlüssel abgeben, da in mehreren Reihen geparkt wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sensationell. Man ist direkt in der Stadt, am Bahnhof und fußläufig vom berühmten schiefen Turm. Naja, das Frühstück ist wie in allen italienischen Hotels. Das ist eben nicht worauf in Italien Wert gelegt wird. Deswegen hat mich die Existenz der Pancake-Maschine doch sehr überrascht.
