Hôtel super.
Pros:

Très bon hôtel proche du centre de Pise.
Personnel très agréable et à l’attention des clients. Petit déjeuner top.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite mais c’est quand même très bien.

Ne vaut pas un 4*

Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre 107 n’est pas du tout au niveau des 4 étoiles de l’hôtel. Le sol était sale (nous marchions pieds nus et ils étaient noirs de saleté), la clim faisait un bruit horrible, le matelas n’était pas confortable.
Très décevant pour le prix et le standing annoncé. Les nuits suivantes, nous avons dormi dans un 3* à Florence qui était bien plus à la hauteur.

Cons:

The worst part is that the air conditioning in the room barely works, making it extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. When we complained about the AC, the staff simply gave us a fan instead of fixing the problem. The interior is also very old and clearly needs updating.
