“Circa 39 Miami Beach (MIAVI) will begin an exciting renovation on August 1, 2026, with completion anticipated by November 30, 2026, as the property prepares to join IHG's Vignette Collection.

During the renovation period, the hotel will remain partially open; however, guests should expect limited amenities, and certain facilities such as the pool, fitness center. Proximity to the beach.

Cons:

Very noisy airconditoner that kept on switching off and waking me up when it came on. Sound was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room.
No blackout blinds and my room was facing the street so flooded with light.
No kettle or tea making facilities and staff unable to provide hot water for tea.
Difficulty in getting the room cleaned.

The room was extremely good value, with great amenities. The restaurant on site is fabulous. Pool was great, beach just across the street. Relatively quiet area; very easy to get a cab to see other areas of Miami too.
