“Circa 39 Miami Beach (MIAVI) will begin an exciting renovation on August 1, 2026, with completion anticipated by November 30, 2026, as the property prepares to join IHG's Vignette Collection.

During the renovation period, the hotel will remain partially open; however, guests should expect limited amenities, and certain facilities such as the pool, fitness center. Je ne recommande pas, le pire hôtel où j’ai résidé
Pros:

Je n’ai rien aimé. Je peux juste dire que le personnel était agréable.

Cons:

La chambre dans laquelle j’ai été placée avait une forte odeur de moisi. J’ai demandé à changer mais toutes les chambres qui m’ont été proposées ensuite donnaient sur la piscine et l’avenue principale (Collins Avenue) très passante et bruyante.
Au final, je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre qui donnait sur le bout d’une impasse jouxtant l’avenue principale. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un parking de voiture allumé à fond toute la nuit, et comme il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans les chambres (seulement des stores qui ne ferment pas complètement), il faut porter un masque de nuit. Mais malgré ça, impossible de dormir parce qu’il y avait en plus le bruit de l’avenue, et d’un générateur qui tournait bruyamment en faisant des vibrations toute la nuit dans la ruelle (et je portais des boules quies !). Les chambres ne sont pas non plus isolées, on entend les voisins parler et marcher. En résumé, une horreur !! Je suis partie avant la fin du séjour pour aller ailleurs.

Proximity to the beach.

Cons:

Very noisy airconditoner that kept on switching off and waking me up when it came on. Sound was so loud it sounded like someone was trying to get into the room.
No blackout blinds and my room was facing the street so flooded with light.
No kettle or tea making facilities and staff unable to provide hot water for tea.
Difficulty in getting the room cleaned.
Poor gym facilities
