Really great stay, staff super friendly wish we had more time here, we will be back

The reception team have little interest in you as a customer. We were told breakfast was all day. We did think this was unusual but when we arrived at 11.30 and were told it was too late, we weren’t happy. Luckily the restaurant manager was accommodating.

We weren’t told that cleaning was on request. We we did request it, it didn’t happen. We raised this several times and still didn’t happen. I asked for the manager to contact me and this didn’t happen.

Due to lack of cleaner we had to ask for towels , coffee etc several times.

The room wasn’t deluxe. In fact the wallpaper is coming off the walls and no usable sockets near the bed.

It was also very noisy from the room above.

Disappointed with IHG on this one.

O quarto era confortável, limpo e muito cheiroso, proporcionando uma ótima experiência desde a chegada. A equipe do hotel também merece destaque pela atenção, cordialidade e gentileza.

A localização é outro ponto positivo. O hotel fica próximo à praia, fornecendo inclusive cadeiras e toalhas aos hóspedes, além de ficar relativamente perto das principais atrações de South Beach, permitindo aproveitar o melhor da região com praticidade, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece um ambiente mais tranquilo para descansar.

De modo geral, tive uma excelente experiência no Circa 39 e certamente o recomendaria para quem busca uma hospedagem confortável, bem localizada e com um bom custo benefício em Miami Beach.

solo me gusto la atención de las recepcionistas en especial de Ingrid, muy bella persona; además del restaurante, excelente comida, la atención muy buena, Steven un tipazo. Es sencillo el restaurante pero con la atención y la comida se pasa muy bien. Le doy 9.5 de 10.

Average hotel, average amenities. Rooms were ok but needed some desperate upkeep.

Bryan Navarro and Ingrid Salazar were amazing! Always smiling, welcoming, and treating every guest with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Outstanding customer service.

Fabulous stay at Circa hotel. Art deco feel, lovely helpful staff. Room was very clean and I love the chalet style they had with the shutters. We were in a room with a interconnecting room and we could often hear the people in the room chatting so a little bit noisy at times. The hotel is literally across the main road to the beach and the main boardwalk that you can walk along to either way and we walked for around an hour and came across some lovely hotels and restaurants. The main star of the show at this hotel is the onsite restaurant. The food and service was outstanding and the best i have experienced in a long time.

This was a last minute booking due to our other hotel not having any air conditioning. This hotel was great, clean rooms great service, the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is the stairs. So many stairs. This is an extra heads up the the young man at the bar, who never quit working. We didnt catch his name, but he was fabulous!!

Per raggiungere la spiaggia, ottima posizione; per raggiungere il centro di Miami Beach non proprio centrale... ma per chi desidera camminare, va bene. La possibilità di poter usufruire della spiaggia e dei teloni è un ottimo servizio.

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia. Una piscina hermosa y amplia. Te dan toallas tanto para la piscina como para la playa. En la playa te dan 2 sillas y una sombrilla sin cargo. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy muy atentos y amables todos: Ingrid, Javier, Jorge y todos los que nos atendieron.
