Great location, good size room, very quiet, and comfortable bed, good break fast, great staff.
Pros:

Great location. The hotel is a few minutes walk to Kochi Station which was where the hop-on/hop/off bus station was also. Kochi Castle just over a km away. The breakfast was great, the room quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. I had a very good five nights there.

Cons:

I was happy with everything.

Cons:

Small rooms.
Limited breakfast.
Limited parking.
Early checkout at 10.00.
Uncomfortable pillows.
