Lovely wedding anniversary weekend- romantic and sight seeing!

De como hacer fácil lo díficil

El personal fue extremadamente amable. Llegamos al hotel desesperados porque porque Trenitalia nos dejó colgados en Ravenna. Nos ayudaron en todo lo posible para pasar el mal trago. ¡Muchas gracias!

Fantastisches Personal auf jeder Ebene. Aufrichtig herzlich und hilfsbereit und in bester Art präsent. Tolle Lage, easy Parking direkt vor dem Hotel und grosse Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel inkl. Zimmer. Spontane gute Massage bei Roberta in angenehmen Ambiente.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war (für empfindliche Ohren) sehr laut.

Ens vam quedar penjats a la ciutat perquè els trens no funcionaven i l'Andrea ens va rebre de forma molt agradable i servicial, i ens va ajudar molt enfront la situació. Les habitacions estan genial i son molt confortables. L'esmorzar és espectacular.
