The Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is a great choice. Super convenient, walking distance to the train station but quiet, safe and comfortable, and a 5 to 15 minute walk to all the UNESCO sites of Ravenna. The hotel is spotless, nicely appointed, and gracious. On site spa treatment and wellness space melted the travel aches away. Robust breakfast spread has a great range of sweet and savory, and an excellent barista for delicious coffee too.

Die Lage ist top zur Altstadt. Unser Hund bekam sogar ein Geschenk und ein Hundebett gestellt. Die Betten waren bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Camere pulite, ordinate, ottima posizione al limite della zona a traffico limitato, staff gentilissimo e colazione eccezionale. Al prossimo viaggio per lavoro tornerò sicuramente

Wir wurden gleich im Zimmer angerufen als ein Parkplatz vor der Tür frei geworden war.

Perfect location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, parking right on the street outside (though we were maybe lucky), quiet rooms, and great breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay here, the room was very comfortable, great breakfast selection with the ability to order fresh items made to order. Staff were also great, provided updated port shuttle times and town recommendations.

I can Not say Enough about Palazzo Bezzi Hotel. This little hotel is Amazing! The rooms are BIG and clean and perfect. The Hotel accommodated our family of 5 by putting an extra bed in our room. The rooms were so big…you could hardly even tell that there was another bed in the room. In addition, The Staff was incredible! Friendly, sweet & so Helpful. They helped us book last minute transfers, prepared lovely meals and made us feel like Family. My son left his favorite hat in the back of a transfer van that they had set up for us. At the time, We asked if it'd be possible to try to get it back. It was not b/c we had a cruise to board…However….3 weeks later - back in the USA…I got a WhatsApp message from the hotel that they had found his hat & were Mailing it to me!!! Amazing Customer Service! This hotel is safe, roomy, accommodating, great for kids/families and Adorable! I can not recommend it enough. If you are in the Ravenna area. Thank you Palazzo Bezzi!

L’hôtel est bien situé en limite de la ZTL donc accessible facilement. L’accueil est personnalisé, souriant et prévenant. La chambre était spacieuse, belle et lumineuse, le petit déjeuner varié et bon. Très bon conseils de restaurants.

Cancelled my stay the day before and other family members were staying also there so I had to stay at another location

Great hotel, very very helpful and kind staff. Easy parking process if you have a car and Greta location to walk everywhere in Ravenna.
The breakfast was the best we have had so far on our trip and we didn’t need to eat again for the rest of our day. I was also made a great coffee at breakfast!
