钥匙门两次打不开，到了下班时间，找前台服务，打了前台服务的电话一个小时才打通，要SECURITY开门，门钥匙有问题，还找住客收88澳币，说是USER ISSUE，根本不听住客解释。觉得住客智商有问题，连门都不会开。没有见过这样的服务。

Cons:

Our apartment was near the stairs to the waterfront. It was a bit noisy when people were leaving the venues.
