It was a quiet, comfortable room with a nice view and was well-cleaned.
Pros:

The room offered a wonderful view, and the quiet and beautiful surrounding area was perfect for walks.
The free CAT bus was also very convenient.
Across the street, IGA had a wide variety of delicious prepared foods.

Excellent onllin every way and very good value.
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent position with a free bus (running every 10mins) into town directly outside for a 10min journey into the centre of Perth.
I loved my room. It had a small very well equipped kitchen, and balcony. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.
I loved the garden and pool which overlooked the river.

Cons:

Nothing. Excellent in every way.
