Llegue allí y lo que habían a los alrededores del hotel personas fumando mariguana y tomando cervezas,luego me enteré que son personas que viven en el hotel.el aire acondicionado se prendía y se apagaba volvía a prender cada media hora fue terrible la calor no pudimos dormir bien,una noche pésima y el aire ellos lo controlaron de esa manera nosotros no podíamos arreglar ese problema.

Pros:

The room was satisfactory, although the TV did not have a connection, preventing us from watching the World Cup. The shower and toilet were in better condition than the room itself. However, the soap in the dispensers was empty. On a positive note, they provided separate small containers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Cons:

The breakfast was not what we expected. Initially, they said there would be a continental breakfast. After checking in, they told us to cross the main road at another place called Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester. Having reached there, we were almost there at 9am. The kitchen staff took all the remaining food while we were trying to pick up, and they said it was closed. It made us emotional. Because we already took a plate and were attempting to pick up, but they started picking all the display, while we had the plate on hand. One of the staff members looks like a manager tried to help us by bringing some eggs from the kitchen and tried to form a pancake by himself, yet they switched off the main power, and he was forced to give us an undercooked pancake.

The following day, we chose not to have breakfast there and decided to purchase it from nearby commercial areas instead.

I think this hotel offers the best overall value for a single traveler in the area.
Pros:

The parking was well lit and very convenient. The room was clean and pretty large with a king size bed and a chair. The TV was large and had basic cable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was on the second floor. I would prefer first floor, but it wasn't a big issue. I would also like a coffee machine in the room. They offer free coffee in the lobby, but it would be more convenient if they had Keurig machines in the room. Also, there is no free breakfast anymore since covid, so it should be removed as an amenity.
