Maybe was nice once, but lack of cleaning/upkeep and poor guest quality ruin the experience.
Pros:

Room presentation was pleasant and so was the person I interacted with at the front desk. The location was also semi-rural and quiet. I appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room for food and cable TV to watch.

Cons:

Room floor was dirty, it looked like someone punched a dent in our bathroom door, there was a lot of hair on our bed sheets, it smelled like other guests were smoking marijuana in the building, the breakfast area was closed though we were able to go a little down the road to another hotel for it.

Bed was comfy. Pillows were nice.

Cons:

Booking said Breakfast Included and then when I get there the check in man said it was discontinued. Ice machine did not work and was filthy. Advertised with coffee machine in the room and there was none. Room smelled of smoke and hallway smelled of Marijuana. Paid in full before staying and they still required a $50 deposit at time of check in. Staff was not very friendly. Desk chair was broken. Would not stay here again

They advertised that breakfast was included. When i checked in there was a sign that they were not doing breakfast anymore. I didn’t want to lose money or spend time seeking a better alternative since I had traveled all day. I was assured that they would provide complimentary coffee.

The following morning, there were signs on the coffee machines that they were out of order, so no coffee either.

The room was in complete disrepair and disgusting ( see photos). One mattress was filthy ( definitely the type of place you check for bedbugs). The other one was much cleaner looking BUT at a huge slant so not particularly restful.

The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower dripped.

Disgusting place, i will not be staying there ever again.

Pros:

Not currently offering breakfast although was in description on line. Clerk offered breakfast at a nearby other hotel at no cost since owned by same firm. I tried to take advantage of that offer and it worked nicely. Nice room, didn't hear other people other than when flushed or showered. Diesel trucks woke me early.
