Nothing one of the worst hotels I've ever been to?
Unfortunately there was nothing to like about this hotel it is run down and the staff don't care ibis should be ashamed of their self or puts in their name to this place take a look at the breakfast selection photo included?

Wasn’t clean everywhere, poor breakfast and overall was barely any staff around

We got the bus to Christchurch for dinner.

Very comfortable bed, polite staff,very clean
Shower over bath with quite high sides. Very difficult for my husband. Awful carpets on stairs! This didn't really matter but didn't help the look!
10-15 minutes to the Bournemouth beach and train station.
Rooms are very small especially double rooms. We stayed in 311 feelt like a box room. Literally no space to walk. From the to the door in 3 step😂. On top TV was not working.

The car park is in a terrible state with no maintenance- not clear that you have to pay £15 to park.
The hotel looks good hotel room what you would expect for the price
Bathroom door in room had no latch or lock. Was reported on arrival on Sunday and was still the same when left this morning . That not good! Cost of car park was increased and breakfast one day cost us £25.90 both higher than on details when booked.
Convenient location and a good price room was very clean and the bed was comfortable I would recommend
The communal areas looked like they've recently been renovated, bright and modern. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The free toiletries smelt delicious and were very generous.
No glasses in the room. Dirty marks on the carpet, was this because we had a dog friendly room? We pay extra for the dog.Restaurant wasn't open in the evening. The breakfast was not good, the toaster didn't work, on the second day the bacon was only served in rolls and the fruit compote looked like it was from a tin.
The bed was comfortable. The location is good and staff were very supportive.

Excellent! Nice, clean and relaxing room with air conditioning which was wonderful as it was very hot day ! Great customer service too. I will stay in this hotel again. I have already recommended it to a few people.
