Lovely modern hotel very close to ammenities. Staff were very helpful and tidied room each day. Room was spacious. Nice and quiet. Beds huge and very comfy. Would stay again thank you.
Parking cost was not cheap.

Room and bathroom looking tired. Plus the photos for a superior room shows a walk in shower not a shower over the bath

No pool no gardens cold breakfast they don’t serve bacon carpets in room stank and were filthy

Very good and plenty of choice and replaced very quickly a good point did not do 2 much so fresh kept bringing out the chef and staff were on the ball at all times
Lift broke down but that could happen anytime and a cigarette discard ashtray could be placed outside also be good if they could arrange a taxi as you had to do this yourself
Breakfast was adequate but often no bacon with the cooked breakfast
My room 118 was large enough but the only window seemed to be an after thought stuck up in a corner recess.There was a problem with the TV and needed detailed knowledge to get it to work.
Promised balloons and birthday card as surprise for my husband. Had 'swan' towels and rose petals...not really appropriate as it was his 80th birthday!

email said parking £10,when we checked in £15 was charged
Good location for beach and town
The Receptionist could have been more engaging and acknowledging, He didn’t represent the company very well as first point of contact!
Hot breakfast choice was quite limited!
