Ok hotel in good location at a reasonable price
Pros:

Great location in pleasant location within easy walking distance of the beach and Bournemouth Pier. Room was comfortable and clean and I liked the pastel decor theme.

Cons:

A bit lacking in atmosphere as it was very quiet when I was there with no one using the bar area. Also I stayed 2 nights but didn’t receive any housekeeping service. Staff were polite and courteous but not particularly welcoming or friendly.

Had a great break away and would stay again.
Pros:

Great value, very clean, location good, modern reception area.

Cons:

Breakfast good be improved, more choice like scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, sausage and would be nice to have more fresh fruits.

Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had one of the outside rooms to the rear of the building. We were able to park very close to the front door which helped to bring our bags in.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a microwave. They also put a travel cot in the room for us.
Breakfast was in the main building. There was plenty of choice from the continental breakfast.
The staff were friendly and were happy to give advice on places to eat in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Nicely done Hotel in a good area near the beach and city centre.
Pros:

It was a very hot weather and we decided to go to the beach to enjoy the sun. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was good, it had an air-conditioner which made the hot weather very comfortable. The family size bed was very comfortable and could fit up to 3 adults although we were only 2 adults. My room faced the front elevation of the building with a good view. The place was clean and had enough towels and shower gels/shampoo. It had a good lighting in the room. Overall, It was a good value for money. It was a short walk to the beach and to the city centre. I'll recommend.

Cons:

It would benefit from a small fridge, a table and chair, a dimer bedside lamp, more milks for coffee.

The extra bed was not verify comfortable for the kids to lie on.

Great hotel, good price and perfect location. I’d come again
Pros:

It was perfect, comfy beds, big rooms and lots of mirrors for getting ready and pics. Lovely staff and overall a great experience. I will be back!

Cons:

It was ashame we wanted to book a room for 4 people but it did not allow us to, so we booked 2 rooms but discovered one of them was a chalet of sorts with a double bed and double sofa bed made up too so that was disappointing as we didn’t need both rooms after all.

Awful experience.
Pros:

It’s hard to give a positive to be honest. The experience was extremely poor.

Cons:

We arrived and the first member of staff for that evening told us there was no disabled entrance for the pram. We were travelling with our 4 month old baby. We had to lift the pram?!! Totally not safe. The lift was tiny that it did not fit the pram. We also had a dog and was placed on the top floor. We also tried to bath our baby and there was no plug for the bath and the receptionist said we would have to wait for the morning. She eventually found us a plug and it didn’t work, water leaked all the time. Also our shower didn’t work the first night. The bedding was dirty. The bar wasn’t open the first night in the hotel. The weather was scorching and the garden and outside space was locked?!! Along with the pool? Extremely poor stay!! Also they didn’t replace the breakfast items- extremely beige too!
